医疗诊断系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着云计算、数据挖掘、光纤网络通信等计算机技术的快速发展和进步,分布式管理系统已经在医学诊断治疗领域得到了广泛地普及和发展,开发了药品采购管理系统、手术自动控制管理系统、影响拍摄与存储系统、病历档案管理系统、住院管理系统、财务管理系统、行政办公系统等,为医院的后勤管理、行政管理和医疗诊断管理提供信息化支撑。由于我国人口众多,老年化进程加剧,因此许多地区的医疗资源配置无法满足病人诊断、治疗需求,因此基于聚类算法开发强大的医疗诊断系统,能够根据患者的病历资料自动关联主治名医,以便提高医疗诊断的及时性和有效性。本文首先分析了医疗诊断系统的研究背景,通过对于各个功能模块的详细分析,得到了系统参与者的用例分析方案。通过UML图形描述语言,本项目提出了对于系统若干重要业务的信息处理流程,明确了系统中各个功能的实现步骤。本项目的实验运用Struts与Hibernate相组合的模式构建系统开发平台。通过Struts作为系统业务逻辑处理单元,以Hibernate处理数据库读写操作。依据软件功能独立性原则,将系统划分成为View、Action、DAO三个层次结构。本项目针对于医疗诊断系统的各个功能,设计了业务处理类。按照系统各个功能处理的需求,设计了软件不同层次之间的调用时序,并对于系统进行了程序实现。运用JSP、HTML等技术设计并实现了系统功能界面。并给出了部分功能界面及使用介绍,通过对各个功能模块测试,表明所开发系统运行稳定,达到了需求目标。然后,本文针对系统总体架构和详细功能进行了设计,使用E-R图和关系表设计了系统数据库,为系统访问和存储打下良好的基础。最后,本文在Eclipse集成开发平台上实现了一个功能完善的医疗诊断系统,提高了医疗诊断系统的有效性,具有重要的作用和意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and progress of computer technology such as cloud computing, data mining, optical fiber network communication and so on, distributed management system has been widely popularized and developed in the field of medical diagnosis and treatment, and a drug purchase management system has been developed. The automatic operation control management system, the influence shooting and storage system, the medical record file management system, the hospitalization management system, the financial management system, the administrative office system and so on, for the hospital logistics management, Administrative management and medical diagnosis management provide information support. Because of the large population and the aggravation of the aging process in our country, the allocation of medical resources in many areas can not meet the needs of patient diagnosis and treatment, so a powerful medical diagnosis system based on clustering algorithm is developed. According to the patient's medical records, the famous doctor can be automatically associated with each other in order to improve the timeliness and effectiveness of medical diagnosis. In this paper, the research background of medical diagnosis system is analyzed, and the use case analysis scheme of system participants is obtained through the detailed analysis of each functional module. Through UML graphic description language, this project puts forward the information processing flow for some important business of the system, and clarifies the implementation steps of each function in the system. The experiment of this project uses the pattern of Struts and Hibernate to construct the system development platform. Struts is used as the business logic processing unit of the system, and Hibernate is used to process the database read and write operation. According to the principle of software functional independence, the system is divided into three levels of View,Action,DAO. This project aims at each function of the medical diagnosis system, has designed the business processing class. According to the requirements of each function of the system, the call timing between different levels of the software is designed, and the program implementation of the system is carried out. The functional interface of the system is designed and realized by using JSP,HTML and other technologies. Part of the functional interface and application are introduced. through the test of each functional module, it is shown that the developed system runs stably and achieves the demand goal. Then, the overall architecture and detailed functions of the system are designed, and the system database is designed by using E / R diagram and relational table, which lays a good foundation for system access and storage. Finally, this paper implements a fully functional medical diagnosis system on Eclipse integrated development platform, which improves the effectiveness of medical diagnosis system and plays an important role and significance.
