天津煤炭销售中心办公自动化系统设计与实现

【摘要】：针对天津煤炭销售中心的自动化办公需求,论文采用面向对象的开发手段,把软件工程的相关理论和办公自动化的相关理论作为指导思想,通过UML技术来进行系统需求分析和系统设计,采用.NET技术开发了一套OA系统,以提高该销售中心办公的信息化水平,实现各类资源的充分整合和有效利用,从而达到管理制度化和业务流程化。本文首先分析了办公自动化系统的研究背景及意义,通过可行性分析确定了系统的可实现性,讨论了天津煤炭销售中心在办公自动化方面的功能需求,确定系统使用三层体系架构并采用.NET技术来进行系统的实现。其次,根据系统功能需求分析,从而确定系统具有四个功能模块和二十一个功能。再次,在确定的设计原则和设计目标下,通过E-R图描述了系统数据库的逻辑结构并给出了部分数据表。最后,详细地介绍了系统四个功能模块的实现,并给出了相应的功能页面。此外,还对系统测试进行了功能测试,测试表明,系统功能正常,能够较好地满足天津煤炭销售中心的自动化办公需求。系统分为四个模块,即个人邮箱模块、个人事务模块、办公信息模块、公共信息模块。而本人作为系统的开发者,主要完成了资料的搜集、系统需求分析、总体设计、功能模块的详细设计与实现以及系统测试与纠错。
