形变体仿真中材质本构模型的应用与设计综述

【摘要】:本构模型是形变体仿真中最重要的因素之一,现有的基本本构模型的应力应变关系具有一定的局限性,形变行为比较单一.近年来,很多研究工作探讨如何设计更加复杂并满足设计师需求的材质模型.将材质模型分为3类:传统的具有单一材质属性的均质材质、具有复合结构的非均质材质以及根据基本材质模型通过编辑材质参数和结构以及编辑形变行为的材质模型.此外,梳理了近年来材质本构模型方面的研究成果,分类总结了相关技术及其优缺点,最后,讨论并指出形变体仿真中,本构模型应用与设计领域主要的技术挑战和需要进一步探索的方向.
[Abstract]:The Constitutive Model is one of the most important factors in the deformation simulation. The stress-strain relationship of the existing basic Constitutive Model has certain limitations and the deformation behavior is relatively single. In recent years, many research work has discussed how to design more complex material models that meet the needs of designers. The material model is divided into three categories: the traditional homogeneous material with single material attribute, the heterogeneous material with composite structure and the material model by editing material parameters and structure and editing deformation behavior according to the basic material model. In addition, the research results of material constitutive model in recent years are combed, and the related technologies and their advantages and disadvantages are classified and summarized. Finally, the shape variant simulation is discussed and pointed out. The main technical challenges in the field of application and design of constitutive model and the direction that need to be further explored.
