项目人才管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:胜任素质概念提出以来,针对这一概念的理论研究和实际应用得到了快速发展,国外很多知名公司据此建立了与之相关的人才评估体系。我国研究者近年来也更具胜任素质建立了一系列的模型,用以进行人才招聘和人力资源培训。上世纪末开始,国内在人才管理软件方面的开发与研究已经非常深入,特别是近两年,随着大数据和云计算技术的广泛应用,人才管理信息系统已从过去的简单查询、统计,发展到可以进行人才预测、人才诊断等更复杂的功能。然而,目前我们的人才管理信息系统,大多还只停留在对人才的年龄、学历、职称、专业等简单的人口学信息的管理。如何利用现代信息技术,实现对人才胜任能力和深层素质进行科学开发和管理,越来越成为现代管理者关注和研究的重点。在当前我国企业处于转型升级的关键时期,项目人才已经成为企业人才工作的核心。因此有必要建立一套基于胜任素质模型的现代化人才管理系统软件,以适应当今的企业人才管理工作的需要。本文经过对项目人才管理系统进行需求分析后,将系统分为主要六个功能模块——人才信息管理、查询管理、胜任能力分析管理、培训管理、辅助工具以及系统维护管理。在需求分析的基础上结合ASP.NET以及AJAX等技术对系统进行了详细的功能设计及数据库设计,利用有反馈网络神经网络模型,依据天津工业、国资系统的组织结构,建立起三个节点层的网络架构。本项目在.NET框架下,通过BP算法对采集数据进行筛选、处理,数据库以SQL Servers实现,最终创建了基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)体系结构的应用软件。本项目还打造了一个项目人才信息管理平台,能够为各级管理者提供详实的项目基本情况、项目人才胜任素质管理、职业生涯规划、培训计划等信息,实现多种人才数据的查询、统计、分析及图表、报表打印等相关功能,为天津工业、国资系统提供一种良好的项目人才信息管理工具。最后在模拟系统运行的环境下,对项目人才管理系统各功能模块进行测试,从而进一步保证了软件质量。
