北京高科永志公司进销存管理系统的设计与实施

【摘要】:北京高科永志公司是一家综合业务的IT分销企业,该公司主要经营的业务包括供应链管理、分渠道销售、对银行分期的服务与为客户提供技术方面增值业务的支持。高科永志公司发展相对较好,但在一些业务上的管理还停留在不成熟的阶段。就拿销存信息的管理为例,公司业务部门在处理产品采买、征订、集中销售和库存管理的信息上有一定的不足,信息获取上的不及时,导致难以精准有效的控制信息的汇总和各部门的传达,这在很大程度上降低了各部门之间的信息联系,很难提高各部门配合工作的效率,信息只停留在各自的部门,无法及时有效的传达出去,从而造成了很严重的货物堆压问题,相应产生的产品交付不及时,工作效率达不到要求等都从一定程度上增加了企业管理和运行的成本。在这种情况下,重新建设出一套进销存管理系统对于北京高科永志公司来说是十分迫切的需求。本篇论文从高科永志公司的发展现状入手,利用计算机网络技术与数据库技术结合高科永志科技公司当前的实际需要,设计并专注研究出一套以J2EE技术支持的进销管理运行系统。在设计之前,本文先深层次分析高科永志科技公司销售存货的管理模式,在经过当前公司发展的业务与现今的状况分析以后,梳理出公司现在面临的问题,从而设计出最符合公司需求的功能性系统,最后利用UML建模语言对系统进行逻辑功能结构的设计,同时对主要发挥作用的模块进行更为详尽的设计。文章的后半部分主要对设计完成的系统进行功能上的检查和验证,对系统的完成效果进行评估和分析。北京高科永志公司销存管理方面系统的设计完成,是公司信息化改变的一个重大进步,通过该系统,公司可以全面便捷的对销存部分进行管理,对其中的各个方面进行有利监管,更有力度的控制资金的流动和存货的安全性,让管理更加高效智能。设计出的销存管理系统在界面上十分简洁,性能稳定,操作起来也十分方便,在很大程度上帮助公司能够更好的管理存货,减少了运行成本。
[Abstract]:Beijing Gaoke Yongzhi Co., Ltd. is a IT distribution enterprise with integrated business. Its main business includes supply chain management, sub-channel sales, bank phased service and technical value-added business support for customers. The development of Gaoke Yongzhi Company is relatively good, but the management of some businesses is still at an immature stage. Take the management of sales and storage information as an example, the business department of the company has certain shortcomings in dealing with the information of product purchase, subscription, centralized sales and inventory management, and the information acquisition is not timely, which leads to the difficulty of accurate and effective control of the collection of information and the transmission of each department, which to a great extent reduces the information relationship between departments, and it is difficult to improve the efficiency of cooperation between various departments, and the information only stays in their respective departments. Unable to communicate in time and effectively, resulting in a very serious problem of cargo stacking, the corresponding product delivery is not timely, work efficiency can not meet the requirements, and so on, all of which increase the cost of enterprise management and operation to a certain extent. In this case, the reconstruction of a set of purchase, sales and storage management system is a very urgent demand for Beijing High Technology Yongzhi Company. Starting from the present situation of the development of Gaoke Yongzhi Company, this paper designs and focuses on a set of purchasing and marketing management operation system supported by J2EE technology by using computer network technology and database technology combined with the current actual needs of Gaoke Yongzhi Technology Company. Before the design, this paper deeply analyzes the management mode of the sales inventory of Gaoke Yongzhi Science and Technology Company. After analyzing the current business and current situation of the company, it combs out the problems faced by the company, so as to design the functional system which most meets the needs of the company, and finally designs the logical function structure of the system by using UML modeling language. At the same time, the main function of the module for more detailed design. In the second half of the paper, the function of the designed system is checked and verified, and the completion effect of the system is evaluated and analyzed. The design of the sales and storage management system of Beijing High Technology Yongzhi Company is a great progress in the change of company informatization. Through this system, the company can manage the sales and storage part comprehensively and conveniently, supervise all aspects of it, control the flow of funds and the security of inventory more forcefully, and make the management more efficient and intelligent. The designed sales and storage management system is very simple in the interface, stable in performance, very convenient to operate, to a large extent, to help the company to better manage inventory, reduce operating costs.
