远程医疗会诊管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:开展远程医疗会诊是国家卫生系统改革的重要内容,能够提高基层医院的诊疗水平,拉动医疗行业的整体发展,还能改善现有优势医疗资源分布不均匀的现状,现实意义重大。本文充分结合用户的实际使用需求,利用软件工程系统开发相关技术,设计出一套远程医疗会诊管理系统,实现对远程会诊过程中各类信息数据的有效管理和高效利用。最终通过将所设计项目加载服务器,操作浏览器访问的方式对系统功能进行了验证,各项功能均满足设计需求,运行结果验证了系统设计的可行性。本课题的主要研究内容如下:(1)对本文所开发系统使用到的相关技术进行对比分析,最终确定B/S结构作为web结构;确定Tomcat服务器作为Web服务器;确定Struts、Spring、Hibernate三大常用框架作为Java Web框架;采用JSP+Servlet+JavaBean技术来完成系统设计。(2)着重从功能需求、输入输出需求、性能需求,可用性需求等四个方面对系统需求进行了深入分析,在充分明确了所要开发系统的需求后,分别对系统总体构架中最重要的两个方面,系统层次结构和系统主要流程进行了相应设计。(3)对开发系统的数据库进行设计。首先根据系统中六个实体之间的相互联系构建E-R模型图,然后根据E-R模型图设计出系统的数据物理模型。(4)通过JSP技术对系统中的重要功能进行模块化设计,主要包括用户登录验证、系统维护和会诊管理三个模块的设计,设计过程采用流程化的思路,并对三个模块运行过程中的关键技术进行详细分析设计。(5)对系统实现环境中Java环境和web服务器环境进行了配置。通过将项目加载到服务器端,以会诊事件作为主线,根据事件处理流程化的思路进行系统功能的逐项验证。

It can improve the diagnosis and treatment level of grass-roots hospitals, stimulate the overall development of the medical industry, and also improve the current situation of uneven distribution of superior medical resources, which is of great practical significance. In this paper, a set of telemedicine consultation management system is designed according to the actual use needs of users, and a set of telemedicine consultation management system is designed by using software engineering system to realize the effective management and efficient utilization of all kinds of information and data in the process of remote consultation.
