【摘要】:随着世界经济全球化的快速发展,各行业的竞争不断加大,建筑行业也面临着巨大挑战,传统粗犷式的建筑管理模式已远不能满足市场竞争要求,这就要求建筑企业必须寻求一种科学的建筑管理模式,摆脱传统模式下的高能耗、高成本和低质量的弊病。精益建造正是一种先进的建筑管理体系,它是精益思想在建筑产业领域中的应用,,是一套系统、完善、持续改进的科学管理体系。国外一些具有前瞻性的建筑企业已经引用精益建造对其企业运行和项目建筑管理进行改革,并取得了显著的成效,这也成为精益建造理论最好的实践案例,为国内建筑企业成功应用起了指导作用。 本文首先总结了精益建造的起源与发展历程,以及精益建造的基本原理、应用方法和特点,并在此基础上,论述了精益建造理论中的TFV生产理论、LPS计划体系和5S现场管理理论。接着,文中阐述并总结了国内建筑业和建筑业企业的发展现状以及存在的主要问题,探讨了在我国建筑企业引入精益建造的可行性。并根据国内外建筑企业的实践经验情况,分析了精益建造在企业战略、物供体系管理以及建设项目现场实践等几个方面中的具体应用。最后引用一个实际施工案例,模拟分析精益建造对国内建筑企业的施工现场管理能发挥的作用。 任何理论的成型都有其特定的时代、环境背景,精益建造理论在我国的建筑市场是能否落地生根,会否水土不服,是否符合我国的实际国情都是一个值得探讨研究的内容。本文以理论联系实际,根据我国建筑企业管理方面的现状,以实际的施工管理案例进行模拟分析,希望能够提出比较科学的、标准化程度高的适用于我国建筑企业的建造管理模式,对当前的建筑企业的管理提供建设性建议和意见。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of world economic globalization, the competition of various industries is increasing, the construction industry is also facing a huge challenge, the traditional rugged construction management model has been far from meeting the requirements of market competition. This requires construction enterprises to seek a scientific building management model to get rid of the traditional mode of high energy consumption, high cost and low quality defects. Lean construction is a kind of advanced building management system. It is the application of lean thought in the field of construction industry, is a set of system, perfect. Continuous improvement of the scientific management system. Some foreign forward-looking construction enterprises have cited lean construction to their business operations and project building management reform, and achieved significant results. This also becomes the best practice case of lean construction theory, and plays a guiding role in the successful application of domestic construction enterprises. This paper first summarizes the origin and development of lean construction, as well as the basic principles, application methods and characteristics of lean construction, and on this basis, discusses the lean construction theory of TFV production theory. LPS planning system and 5S site management theory. Then, this paper describes and summarizes the development of domestic construction and construction enterprises and the main problems. This paper probes into the feasibility of introducing lean construction into Chinese construction enterprises, and analyzes the strategy of lean construction in enterprises according to the practical experience of domestic and foreign construction enterprises. The concrete application in several aspects such as material supply system management and site practice of construction project. Finally, a practical construction case is cited. The effect of lean construction on construction site management of domestic construction enterprises is simulated and analyzed. The formation of any theory has its specific era, environmental background, lean construction theory in our country's construction market can take root, will not accept. Whether it conforms to the actual situation of our country is a content worth studying. This paper combines theory with practice, according to the current situation of management of construction enterprises in our country, carries on the simulation analysis with the actual construction management case. It is hoped that a more scientific and standardized construction management model can be put forward to provide constructive suggestions and suggestions for the current management of construction enterprises in China.
