地域性材料与技术在东南亚度假酒店中的应用

【摘要】：东南亚度假酒店是该地区地域性风貌的重要载体。而在建造层面上表达地域性有两个主要的途径,一是使用传统地域性材料技术,二是用现代材料和技术来模拟表达地域性。本文则是立足于对东南亚传统地域性材料技术的挖掘研究,对东南亚相关地区的传统材料技术在度假酒店设计中的应用进行分析研究,同时也对现代材料技术在度假酒店中表达地域文化的方式进行了归纳总结,最后结合在工作室所参与的“海南东郊椰林度假会所设计”的实际项口从概念到施工图所产生的问题来结合对比研究传统和现代材料技术在度假酒店建筑各部位的地域性表达。论文主结构如下：第一章绪论部分,对本论文的选题进行概述,提出本文的研究背景、意义、研究范围和研究方法。第二章中对东南亚地区传统地域性基本材料技术进行分类整理归纳和介绍,对每种基本材料以及技术的沿革和具体做法进行阐释。第三章、第四章是本论文的研究主体,是针对“度假洒店”这个建筑载体的四大部位——结构层面、维护层面、廊道灰空间、景观组织分别进行传统材料技术和现代材料技术的对比研究,该部分结合了一定量的典型案例和笔者自绘分析图示进行研究。第五章中文章是具体的项目实践——海南东郊椰林度假会所设计,该案在概念层面采用传统模式,在实现方式上又采用了现代的材料技术,所以整个方案的矛盾也恰恰引出了本论文要讨论的主题,结合本方案可以更好对地域性材料技术(传统与现代)在度假酒店设计中的应用有更深一层的认识和研究。
[Abstract]:Southeast Asia resort is an important carrier of the regional style. And in the construction of regional expression level there are two main ways, one is to use the traditional regional materials technology, the two is to simulate the regional expression with modern materials and technology. This paper is based on the research of traditional mining Southeast Asia regional materials the analysis of the application of traditional materials in Southeast Asia in related areas in the resort hotel design, but also on the expression of regional culture of modern material technology in resorts were summarized, finally the combination in the studio in Hainan eastern suburb Vacation Club Design "from the concept of the actual item to the construction of the problems arising with a comparative study of traditional and modern materials technology in the building of resort hotel in all parts of the regional expression.
The main structure of the paper is as follows:
The first chapter introduces the topic of this paper, and puts forward the background, significance, scope and methods of this study.
In the second chapter, we classify, summarize and introduce the traditional regional basic materials and technologies in Southeast Asia, and explain each basic material and the evolution and specific methods of technology.
The third chapter, the fourth chapter is the main body of this paper, is aimed at "four parts of the building of the resort hotel" carrier - level structure, maintenance level, corridor grey space, comparative study of landscape organization are traditional materials technology and modern materials, this part is combined with a certain amount of typical cases and the self drawing graphical analysis research.
The fifth chapter is the project of Hainan eastern suburb vacation club design practice, the case of the traditional model at the conceptual level, the modern materials and technology used in the realization of the way, so the contradiction is precisely the whole scheme leads to the topic to be discussed, combined with the project can be better on Regional material technology (traditional and modern) used in the resort hotel design has a deeper understanding and research.
