【摘要】：灌云西长街传统住宅多为始建于清代的老建筑，作为人们居住生活的“物质载体”，这些住宅正面临内部空间布局和配套设施较为老旧等一系列问题。本研究以这些老住房为考察对象，，采用定性与定量相结合的方法，借鉴国内外相关理论与实践经验，对西长街传统住宅现代化改造展开研究，探讨改造的规律、原则和方法模式，以期为西长街传统住宅现代化改造的实践提供指导和参考，同时丰富相关理论成果。全文共分六章，简述如下：第一章阐述课题研究背景、目的和意义；对国内外相关理论和实践进行梳理并确定研究范围和内容，说明研究方法和技术线路。第二章回顾灌云西长街传统住宅的演变历史，分析传统住宅目前存在的诸多问题以及导致问题的种种原因。第三章借鉴国内外成功经验，获得有助于灌云西长街传统住宅现代化改造可借鉴的启示和经验。第四章论述灌云西长街传统住宅现代化改造的目标、原则、方法和策略。第五章对具有代表性的传统住宅做出改造设计提案。第六章对整个研究工作进行总结，归纳研究结论、主要贡献和不足，并对后续研究给予建议和展望。
[Abstract]:Guanyun traditional residence for West The Strip was built in the Qing Dynasty of the old building, as people living in the "carrier", these houses are facing internal space layout and facilities are old, such as a series of problems. In this study, the old housing as the object of study, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, refer the theory with practical experience, research on modernization of traditional residence in West The Strip, to explore the transformation of the rules, principles and methods, to provide guidance and reference to the practice for modernization of the West The Strip traditional residence, and enrich the related theoretical achievements.
The full text is divided into six chapters, which are summarized as follows:
The first chapter describes the background, purpose and significance of the research, combs the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad, determines the scope and contents of the research, and explains the research methods and technical lines.
The second chapter reviews the history of the evolution of the traditional residence in the western The Strip of Guanyun, and analyses the existing problems in the traditional residence and the reasons for the problems.
The third chapter draws on the successful experience at home and abroad, and obtains the enlightenment and experience that can help the modernization of the traditional residence of the West The Strip in Guanyun.
The fourth chapter discusses the objectives, principles, methods and Strategies of the modernization of the traditional residence in the western The Strip of Guanyun.
The fifth chapter makes a proposal for the reconstruction of the representative traditional residence.
The sixth chapter summarizes the whole research work, summarizes the research conclusions, the main contributions and shortcomings, and gives suggestions and prospects for the follow-up research.
