空置工业建筑改造中的室内设计艺术

【摘要】：随着近年来我国市场经济的发展，原来城市中大量的工业企业由于受环保、供水、交通运输或房地长开发等因素的影响，不少企业迁往远离城市中心一带的地方或经济欠发地区，这使大量旧工业建筑空置或拆除重建。但是，拆除重建应该是要被避免的的，因为要考虑到人们对能源、环境以及文化符号记忆的追崇倡导。虽然空置的的建筑到处都是破败的景象，但是，此建筑并不一定着就是一片废墟，厂房的的基本骨架，厂房的材质，和厂房的的空间就依然存在，工业建筑独特的姿态以及建筑所处那个时代的语言，依然还在履行着它们的使命。历史感，与历史记忆性，对空置工业建筑改造有着重要影响。空置的工业建筑的改造，应分为历史建筑保护和纯建筑利用型两大类的建筑类型。随着前所未有的设计化的生活和工作环境有了长足的发展，如高节能技术，资源的不可再生意识和环保意识方面取得很大的进步，并且在实际工作中得到强化和实施。但是在人们的普遍意识中以上的概念得到普及还很遥远，但是也有很强的人气。从这个角度看，人们还是很关心室内设计的艺术空间改造中的环境问题的，鉴于此，本论文提出了对城市发展中产生的空置工业建筑通过室内设计的艺术手法进行改造，具体研究成果如下： 1)室内设计属于特殊的艺术形式，她不是简单的叠加材料提供室内设计，她有自身独特的设计原则，经济原则，实用的原则，美学原则和环保原则以及一个更高级别精神层面的原则。这应该是她的五个原则精神的概括，这是我们做室内设的目标。在改造空置工业建筑是如何保障设计意图，成功的将设计意图和规划构思转化为实际的案例课题中提出了自己的建议和观点，，在此过程中借鉴国外成熟的理论和实践上的经验和意见，以及需要政府宏观调控中发挥积极的作用。 2)本文着眼于空置工业建筑的室内设计方法进行了讨论和研究，用理论论据，实例演示，数据分析，产学研相结合的方法。由于空间改造过程中涉及到比较复杂的内容，本文将总结的内容两部分，即空间设计和室内的精神空间艺术设计的物理方面的改造。 3)空置工业建筑再利用和改造需要建立在保护生态意识，可持续发展的概念和保护建筑历史性的重要认识的基础之上，把再利用同消除旧建筑对周围环境的负面影响相结合，建立完善的再利用和改造的机制，发挥政府的宏观调控作用，公众的参与意识和市场的调节作用。本文试图以环保，科技，人文的角度上未使用的空间改造，提出了一些想法和建议，希望在未来转型的未使用空间的室内设计和改善生活环境与一定的帮助和参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's market economy in recent years, a large number of industrial enterprises in the city have been affected by environmental protection, water supply, transportation or the development of premises. Many enterprises have moved to areas far away from the urban centre or to economically underdeveloped areas, which has left a large number of old industrial buildings vacant or demolished for reconstruction. However, demolition and reconstruction should be avoided. Because people want to consider the energy, environment and cultural symbol memory advocacy. Although empty buildings everywhere, but the building is not necessarily a ruins. The basic skeleton of the factory building, the material of the factory building, and the space of the factory building still exist. The unique posture of the industrial building and the language of the era in which the building is located are still fulfilling their mission and sense of history. The reconstruction of vacant industrial buildings should be divided into two types: historical building protection and pure building utilization. With the unprecedented design of life and work environment has made great progress, such as high energy saving technology, non-renewable awareness of resources and awareness of environmental protection has made great progress. And in practical work has been strengthened and implemented. But in the general awareness of the above concept is still very far away, but also very popular. From this perspective. People are still very concerned about the interior design of the artistic space in the transformation of the environment, in view of this, this paper proposed to the urban development of vacant industrial buildings through the interior design of the art of transformation. The specific findings of the study are as follows: 1) Interior design belongs to a special art form, it is not simply overlay material to provide interior design, she has its own unique design principles, economic principles, practical principles. Aesthetic principles and environmental principles, as well as a higher level of spiritual principles. This should be the summary of her five principles. This is the goal of our indoor design. How to protect the design intention in the transformation of vacant industrial buildings, and successfully transform the design intention and planning ideas into practical cases, put forward their own suggestions and viewpoints. In this process, we draw lessons from foreign mature theory and practice experience and opinions, and need the government to play an active role in macro-control. 2) this paper focuses on the interior design method of vacant industrial building, and discusses and studies it with theoretical argument, example demonstration and data analysis. Due to the complicated content involved in the process of space transformation, this paper will summarize the two parts of the content, that is, the transformation of the physical aspects of the space design and the interior spiritual space art design. 3) the reuse and reconstruction of vacant industrial buildings need to be based on the concept of protecting ecological consciousness, sustainable development and the important understanding of protecting architectural history. Combining reuse with eliminating the negative influence of old buildings on the surrounding environment, establishing a perfect mechanism of reuse and transformation, giving play to the government's macro-control role, the public's participation consciousness and the regulating role of the market. This paper attempts to transform unused space from the angle of environmental protection, science and technology, and humanities, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions. Hope to transform the unused space in the future interior design and improve the living environment with certain help and reference.
