【摘要】:随着我国经济快速的发展,人民生活质量的日益改善,,电梯的使用量在逐年增长,电梯与国计民生的联系也变得越来越紧密,电梯安全性能也越来越受到全社会的密切关注。电力电子器件完成功率传送和电能形式变换的同时会产生非正弦波的信号,通过电磁辐射或电源线进行传导,会对附近电气设备产生电磁干扰,会造成电网电压波形畸变。还有,现代电梯普遍地应用了计算机控制技术和微电子技术,相对于传统继电器控制系统更容易受到外界电磁环境的干扰。因此,限制电梯的电气设备通过电磁辐射或电源线的干扰以及提高自身抵御外界电磁干扰的能力已经成为电梯产品的一项新要求。 利用滤波器抑制电磁干扰是电梯控制系统抗干扰的最有效的方法之一。本文的主要课题是通过利用EMI滤波器来降低电梯控制系统的电磁干扰强度。针对该问题首先提出了采用CM/DM分离方法,利用传导干扰测试仪器LISN的工作原理,及电梯控制系统电源侧电磁干扰的特性,将电源侧共模噪声和差模噪声进行分离。 同时,针对源阻抗与负载阻抗的失配将导致电源侧滤波器插入损耗受影响的问题,介绍了利用网络分析仪来测量电源侧滤波器的端口网络的S参数,以及根据实际控制系统源阻抗与负载阻抗可以计算得到其在正常工作条件下的插入损耗。解决了电梯控制系统电源侧EMI无源滤波器源阻抗和负载阻抗失配问题,为此设计并验证了电梯控制系统电源侧EMI无源滤波器和EMI有源滤波器在测试及仿真条件下的符合情况。 实验结果证明本文所设计的电梯控制系统电源侧EMI无源滤波器和EMI有源滤波器分别在正常状态下的测试及仿真结果满足电梯电磁兼容标准的相关规定。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the improvement of people's quality of life, the use of elevators is increasing year by year, and the relationship between elevators and the national economy and people's livelihood has become more and more close. The safety performance of elevator is paid more and more attention by the whole society. Power electronic devices can produce non-sinusoidal signals by electromagnetic radiation or power lines when power transmission and power form conversion. Electromagnetic interference will occur to nearby electrical equipment, which will cause voltage waveform distortion in the power network. In addition, computer control technology and microelectronics technology are widely used in modern elevators. Compared with the traditional relay control system, it is more vulnerable to the external electromagnetic environment. It has become a new requirement to limit the electrical equipment of elevator by electromagnetic radiation or power line interference and to improve its ability to resist external electromagnetic interference. Using filter to suppress electromagnetic interference is one of the most effective methods for anti-jamming of elevator control system. The main task of this paper is to reduce the intensity of electromagnetic interference of elevator control system by using EMI filter. First of all, the CM/DM separation method is proposed. The common mode noise and differential mode noise on the power side of the elevator control system are separated by using the principle of LISN and the characteristics of electromagnetic interference on the power side of the elevator control system. At the same time, aiming at the problem that the mismatch of source impedance and load impedance will affect the insertion loss of power side filter, this paper introduces the measurement of S parameters of power side filter port network by network analyzer. According to the actual control system source impedance and load impedance, the insertion loss can be calculated under normal working conditions. The mismatch of source impedance and load impedance of EMI passive filter on power side of elevator control system is solved. Question. This paper designs and verifies the conformance of EMI passive filter and EMI active filter on the power side of elevator control system under the conditions of test and simulation. The experimental results show that the test and simulation results of EMI passive filter and EMI active filter on the power side of elevator control system under normal condition meet the requirements of EMC standard. .
