【摘要】：在整个油田地面工程的建设中，严格合理的管理和控制工程造价是有效提高投资效益的重要环节。提高造价管理水平，成败就在于不断的创新，精细化管理的重点就是对地面工程费用控制，核心就是不定期的进行造价分析，实现造价工作的主动控制。在造价管理中，如何对工程造价的管理控制进行梳理，如何将工作中的数据进行整理、总结、分析，构建企业层次的造价分析体系，，如何通过开展造价分析来挖潜增效，成为造价管理人员面前的新课题。本文选取胜利油田石油开发中心有限公司为研究对象，重点探讨造价分析在企业中的应用，旨在为国有企业尤其是油田企业提高地面工程造价管理水平服务。论文的主要思路如下：在介绍造价理论与分析方法的基础上，对造价控制领域的造价分析工作进行简要的整理总结，从企业的层次，从全过程造价管理入手，从造价工作业务展开，以务实操作为目的，展开对企业层次上的造价统计分析，对统计数据资料进行深入详细的分析、研究，探讨造价分析在地面工程造价工作中的新思路，研究探讨企业层次的、体系性的造价分析方法。这也是对企业精细化管理、地面工程挖潜增效进行有益的探索，对创新造价分析体系的应用进行了尝试。
[Abstract]:In the construction of the whole oilfield surface engineering, strict and reasonable management and control of project cost is an important link to effectively improve the investment efficiency. To improve the level of cost management, success or failure lies in continuous innovation. The focus of fine management is to control the cost of ground engineering, and the core is to carry out the cost analysis at random to realize the active control of the cost work. How to sort out the management and control of the project cost, how to organize, summarize, analyze and construct the cost analysis system at the enterprise level, how to carry out the cost analysis to exploit the potential and increase efficiency. Become a new subject in front of cost managers. In this paper, Shengli Oilfield Oil Development Center Co., Ltd. is selected as the research object, and the application of cost analysis in the enterprise is discussed. The main ideas of this paper are as follows: on the basis of introducing the cost theory and analysis methods. The cost analysis in the field of cost control is summarized briefly, from the enterprise level, from the whole process of cost management, starting from the cost work business, with practical operation as the purpose. In this paper, the author carries out the statistical analysis of the cost at the enterprise level, and makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the statistical data, studies, probes into the new ideas of cost analysis in the cost work of the ground engineering, and studies the enterprise level. The systematic cost analysis method is also a useful exploration for the fine management of enterprises and the utilization of potential and efficiency in ground engineering. The application of innovative cost analysis system is also attempted.
