深基坑环梁支护结构的内力分析

【摘要】:深基坑环梁内支撑支护结构是近几年来基坑工程中出现的一种新型的基坑支护结构形式,目前在我国东部沿海地区应用比较广泛,与其他支护形式相比,环梁支护结构具有安全、经济、稳定、受力合理、施工方便、能有效利用施工空间、工期短、结构工程量小、便于拆除等特点。尤其是在地基软弱,场地狭窄的条件下,更能发挥其优越性。目前有关环梁支护结构与周围土体间的作用机理的相关计算理论还不成熟,因此限制了它的广泛应用。 本文阐述了基坑环梁内支撑支护结构的研究现状及存在的问题,分析了环梁支护结构的特点、构造和平面布置,分析了环梁内支撑支护结构在均布荷载下的应力解答以及环梁支护结构设计计算的几种基本方法,特别是结合工程实例对环梁支护结构在偏心荷载作用下的内力进行了计算和分析,提出了环梁内支撑结构在偏心荷载作用下其内力的近似计算方法,为环梁内支撑结构的设计提供参考依据。主要研究内容包括以下几个方面: (1)阐述基坑环梁式内支撑支护结构的研究现状及存在的问题,分析环梁支护结构的特点、构造以及平面布置。总结了圆形环梁内支撑支护结构在设计与施工过程中需要注意的事项。 (2)分析了环梁内支撑支护结设计计算的几种基本方法,结合某深基坑环梁内支撑支护结构的实例进行计算分析,包括环梁支护结构侧压力的计算,环梁支护结构的内力分析,圆形环梁支护结构在均布荷载下的应力解答,环梁结构材料,断面尺寸以及配筋设计计算,支护结构土体的稳定性分析,基坑底部抗隆起验算和抗渗流验算等。 (3)结合某基坑环梁式内支撑支护结构设计的工程实例,利用MATLAB、“天汉”等软件,以西面1#主楼基坑的内力计算和配筋设计为例,对环梁支护结构的受力进行分析。对基坑钻孔灌注桩桩排支护结构、锁口梁、内支撑、围囹、圆环梁、主支撑梁、次撑梁、立柱等进行设计,并分析了内支撑的施工工况、拆撑及换撑等。 (4)提出了环梁式内支撑支护结构在偏心荷载作用下其内力的近似计算方法,给出了环梁结构在偏心荷载作用下的应力解析解,结合工程实例对环梁结构的受力进行简化处理后,将应力解析解用于承受偏心荷载的环梁结构的应力计算。讨论地下水的不均匀变化、地面的不均匀堆载等多种因素对环梁结构可能产生的拉应力大小的影响,并对环梁截面的内力分布进行模拟分析,这对环梁截面的配筋以及基坑的开挖施工都有较大的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Deep foundation pit ring beam supporting structure in recent years is the foundation pit engineering is a new type of foundation pit supporting structure form, the application in the eastern coastal area of China is relatively wide, and other forms of support, ring beam retaining structure with safety, economy, stability, reasonable stress, construction convenient, efficient use of space construction, short construction period, a small amount of engineering structure, convenient disassembly and so on. Especially in the soft foundation, under the conditions of narrow space, can exert its superiority. The calculation theory of the mechanism of ring beam supporting structure and the surrounding soil is still not mature, so the limit its wide application.
This paper expounds the research status of supporting and retaining structure of foundation pit and the problems in the ring beam, analysis of ring beam retaining structure characteristics, structure and layout, analysis of the ring beam supporting structure in the uniform should be several basic methods of calculation and capacity of ring beam retaining structure design under load in particular, combined with the engineering example of ring beam supporting structure under eccentric load are calculated and analyzed, put forward in the ring beam supporting structure under eccentric load in the approximate calculation method of the internal force, as in the ring beam supporting structure is designed to provide a reference. The main contents include the following aspects:
(1) the research status and existing problems of ring beam type inner supporting structure for foundation pit are expounded. The characteristics, structure and layout of ring beam supporting structure are analyzed. The matters needing attention in the design and construction process of the supporting structure in the circular ring beam are summarized.
(2) analysis of several basic methods of calculation of supporting node design of supporting ring beam, with a ring of deep foundation pit supporting structure calculation and analysis of examples in the beam, the calculation including the lateral support structure of ring beam stress analysis of beam, the supporting structure of the internal force of circular ring, ring beam retaining structure in under uniform load stress solution, ring beam structure materials, calculation of section size and reinforcement design, analysis of a soil retaining structure of foundation pit bottom uplift stability checking and anti seepage calculation.
(3) combined with a ring beam bracing of foundation pit engineering, the design of supporting structure by MATLAB, "Han" and other software, to the west of 1# main building foundation internal force calculation and reinforcement design as an example, the ring beam supporting structure stress analysis. On the foundation of bored pile row retaining structure, locking beam, support, waling, ring beam, main supporting beam, a supporting beam, column design, and analyzes the construction conditions in support, support and remove support exchange.
(4) put forward the supporting structure under eccentric load the internal force calculation method of approximate support ring beam, gives the analytic solution of stress under eccentric load ring beam structure, combined with the engineering example of ring beam structure stress is simplified, the analytic solution of stress should be used to calculate the ring beam structure under eccentric load. Discuss the uneven change of groundwater, the ground uneven loading of factors such as the effect of stress on the size of ring beam structure possible, and the internal force of ring beam distribution is simulated and analyzed, the reinforcement of the ring beam and the excavation of foundation pit the construction of a greater role in guiding.
