【摘要】：摘要：目前国内关于小城镇公共服务设施配置标准的研究目前仅有少数地方在进行初步探索,还没有比较完备的小城镇公共服务设施配置指标体系。因此,迫切需要制定有针对性的小城镇公共服务设施配置标准,以指导小城镇公共服务设施的规划建设。本文以“实证城镇研究——配置标准制定方法选取”的技术路线,通过理论与实际的结合,探讨小城镇公共服务设施配置标准的制定策略与方法,并尝试构建的一套小城镇公共服务设施配置标准,以期为以后的小城镇公共服务设施指标体系的研究提供一定的借鉴和参考。本文研究共分为六章：第一章绪论。包括研究背景、研究的目的及意义、本文研究的范围内容与方法以及论文框架。第二章公共服务设施配置标准制定的依据。主要根据国内外相关理论与实践研究成果、现行我国各层次的相关规范、公共服务设施配置应考虑的因素,并通过大量典型案例的选取和研究来进行分析来确定公共服务设施配置标准制定的依据。第三章公共服务设施配置标准研究。主要研究了小城镇公共服务设施配置标准制定的总体思路、原则与策略以及配置标准制定的具体定方法,并对小城镇公共服务设施进行了分类。第四章公共服务设施配置标准的构建。通过对实证城镇现状与规划的分析,以及对各项设施配置标准制定时采用的方法进行确定,从而构建小城镇各项公共服务设施的配置标准指标体系。第五章公共服务设施配置标准应用实例。研究选取湖南省沅陵县作为案例来检验小城镇公共服务设施配置标准研究成果的空间适用性。第六章结语。指出了本文的创新点和存在的不足之处。本文图16幅,表50个,参考文献60篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: at present, the domestic research on the standard of public service facilities allocation in small towns is only a preliminary exploration in a few places, and there is not a relatively complete index system of public service facilities allocation in small towns. In order to guide the planning and construction of public service facilities in small towns, it is urgent to formulate the standard of public service facilities in small towns. This paper discusses the strategy and method of public service allocation standard in small towns by combining theory and practice with the technical route of "empirical urban research-how to choose the method of setting up standards for allocation of public service facilities". And try to construct a set of small town public service facilities allocation standards, in order to provide a certain reference and reference for the future study of the small town public service facilities index system. This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is introduction, including the research background, the purpose and significance of the study, the scope and methods of this study and the framework of the paper. The second chapter is the basis of the establishment of the public service facilities allocation standard. Mainly based on the domestic and foreign relevant theory and practice research results, the current relevant norms at all levels of our country, public service facilities allocation should be considered factors. And through a large number of typical cases of selection and research to determine the basis for the establishment of public service facilities allocation standards. The third chapter is the research on the allocation standard of public service facilities. It mainly studies the general ideas, principles and strategies of the public service facilities allocation standards in small towns and the specific methods of setting the allocation standards. Public service facilities in small towns are classified. Chapter 4th: the construction of public service facilities allocation standard. Through the analysis of the status quo and planning of empirical towns, and the establishment of facilities allocation standards to determine the use of methods. So as to construct the allocation of public service facilities in small towns standard index system. In the 5th chapter, the author chooses Yuanling County of Hunan Province as a case study to test the spatial applicability of the research results of public service facilities allocation standards in small towns. The conclusion of chapter 6th points out the innovations and shortcomings of this paper. 16 figures, 50 tables and 60 references are given in this paper.
