双城市城市空间结构演变与发展策略研究

【摘要】：城市空间结构是城市经济结构、社会结构、自然条件在空间上的投影,是城市经济、社会存在和发展的空间形式,表现了城市各种物质和非物质要素在空间范围内的分布特征和组合关系。城市空间结构的合理与否,不仅影响城市内部各经济要素的集散、配置效应,并且关系到城市能取得多大的外部集聚经济效益和产生多大的吸引力与辐射力。因此,构筑和完善良好的城市空间结构是城市健康发展的必要基础。我国中小城市数量众多,是我国行政区体系的基本单元。中小城市是未来中国城市化发展、未来中国解决城市问题、未来中国实现城市可持续发展的希望所在。但目前对于城市空间结构的研究中,研究对象多以大城市为主,中小型城市受到忽视。本文以双城市为研究对象,通过借鉴国内外卫星城市的建设实践和研究经验,探讨在当前区域发展环境、交通方式和基础设施条件下,如何选择适宜于双城市自身发展条件的城市空间结构模式,对双城市现状城市空间结构进行优化与调整,最终实现城市与区域协调发展。本论文在对双城市空间结构发展历程进行分析的基础上,从历史角度探讨了双城市城市空间结构演化及动力机制,并着重对双城市城市空间结构现状进行解析。通过对双城市空间结构类型特征、影响因素及未来发展趋势的深入分析,借鉴国外卫星城空间结构布局模式,提出双城市空间结构发展模式为：采用间隙生态化布局方式,空间多中心走廊式集中紧凑发展模式。城市总体布局结构为“两带五区”,即以迎宾路、和平大街为骨架形成的南北向城市发展轴带和以文昌大街为骨架的东西向城市发展轴带,及铁北区、老城区、新城区、工业区、经济技术开发区等五个片区。最后,提出了双城市合理调控城市空间结构策略,以此规范与促进双城市空间结构调整与优化,保障城市健康合理发展。
[Abstract]:Urban spatial structure is the projection of urban economic structure, social structure and natural conditions in space. It is the spatial form of urban economy, social existence and development. It shows the distribution characteristics and the combination relationship of various material and non-material elements in the urban space. Whether the urban spatial structure is reasonable or not not only affects the distribution and distribution of the economic elements within the city. And it is related to how much economic benefits can be achieved and how attractive and radiant the city can be. Therefore, it is necessary to construct and perfect a good urban spatial structure for the healthy development of a city. There are many small and medium-sized cities in China, which are the basic units of the administrative system of our country. Small and medium-sized cities are the future development of urbanization in China, and China will solve urban problems in the future. The hope of realizing the sustainable development of cities in China lies in the future. However, in the current research on the urban spatial structure, the research object is mainly the big cities, but the small and medium-sized cities are ignored. This paper takes the double cities as the research object. Based on the experience of satellite city construction at home and abroad, this paper discusses the current regional development environment, transportation mode and infrastructure. How to choose the model of urban spatial structure which is suitable for the development of Shuangcheng, and how to optimize and adjust the present urban spatial structure, and finally realize the coordinated development between the city and the region. Based on the analysis of the development course of the spatial structure in Shuangcheng City, this paper discusses the evolution and dynamic mechanism of the spatial structure in Shuangcheng City from the historical point of view. By analyzing the characteristics of spatial structure, influencing factors and the future development trend of the spatial structure of Shuangcheng city, the spatial structure layout model of foreign satellite city can be used for reference. The development mode of spatial structure of Shuangcheng city is as follows: adopting the ecological layout mode of gap, the centralized and compact development mode of spatial multi-center corridor, and the overall layout structure of the city is "two zones and five districts", that is to say, welcome road. Heping Street as the skeleton of the formation of the north-south urban development axis belt and Wenchang Street as the skeleton of the east-west urban development axis belt, and Tienbei, old urban areas, new urban areas, industrial areas. Finally, this paper puts forward the strategy of regulating and controlling the urban spatial structure reasonably in Shuangcheng City, so as to standardize and promote the adjustment and optimization of the spatial structure of Shuangcheng City and ensure the healthy and rational development of the city.
