BIM在建设项目生命周期中的应用研究

【摘要】:BIM在中国建筑行业领域中处于初步发展阶段,随着中国建筑市场中大型公建项目的日益增多,大型城市综合体建设的快速发展,渐渐的被一些大型地产企业所接纳,较大程度的改善大规模建筑复杂的管理过程。 2009年4月,由欧特克公司和中国建筑学会共同举办了首届BIM建筑设计大赛,在国家的重大工程项目上,带头使用了BIM技术,给很多建筑企业起到了了引导作用。如北京奥运会国家游泳中心的建筑设计方案,上海世博会的项目群数字可视化管理系统的实施等等,为了提高全行业科技水平和核心竞争力,使行业发展更加有序,,提高生产效率,中国房地产协会商业地产专业委员会也在2010年开始组织研究和发布《中国商业地产BIM应用研究报告》,用于指导和跟踪商业地产领域BIM技术的应用和发展。可见,我国对BIM技术对建筑行业的影响非常的重视。 本文对BIM的进行了简单的介绍,在建设项目中各个生命周期中遇到的生产及管理问题,通过BIM的各种优势做了一些讨论。文中举例北京CDD嘉悦广场项目和上海中心项目在开发过程中遇到的问题,从开发前期的规划阶段到施工阶段以及后期的经营管理阶段,需要一个流水线般的管理。 论文着重分析建设项目各阶段中运用BIM的价值,采用BIM作为管理工具对常规管理方法进行优化。在建设项目的各个阶段中分别举例论证管理问题,并通过实际案例论证,提出BIM技术需要完善的内容。
[Abstract]:BIM is in the initial stage of development in the field of construction industry in China. With the increasing number of large-scale public construction projects in the Chinese construction market, the rapid development of large-scale urban complex construction. Gradually accepted by some large real estate enterprises, to a large extent to improve the complex management process of large-scale buildings. In April 2009, the first BIM Architectural Design Competition was jointly held by Otek and the Chinese Architectural Society, which took the lead in the use of BIM technology in major national engineering projects. For many construction enterprises have played a leading role, such as the Beijing Olympic Games National Swimming Center architectural design, Shanghai World Expo project group digital visual management system implementation and so on. In order to improve the level of science and technology and core competitiveness of the whole industry, make the development of the industry more orderly, improve the production efficiency. In 2010, the Commercial Real Estate Professional Committee of China Real Estate Association also began to organize and publish the "China Commercial Real Estate BIM Application Research report". It is used to guide and track the application and development of BIM technology in commercial real estate field. It can be seen that our country attaches great importance to the influence of BIM technology on the construction industry. This paper gives a brief introduction to BIM, the production and management problems encountered in each life cycle of the construction project. This paper discusses the advantages of BIM and gives some examples of the problems encountered in the development of the Beijing CDD Jiayue Square Project and the Shanghai Center Project. From the early stage of development to the stage of construction and the later stage of management, a pipeline management is needed. This paper focuses on the analysis of the value of the use of BIM in each stage of the construction project, and uses BIM as a management tool to optimize the conventional management methods. In each stage of the construction project, examples are given to demonstrate the management problems. And through the actual case demonstration, proposed the BIM technology needs the consummation content.
