邯郸地区深基坑支护结构的优化设计研究

【摘要】:深基坑工程是一个古老而又具有时代特点的课题,同时也是一个综合性的岩土工程难题,深基坑支护是一项涉及面广泛的技术领域,既涉及到有关工程结构的课题,也涉及到有关地基基础和岩土力学等方面的内容,同时与环境保护也有关联。随着经济水平的的高速发展、各项工程技术的发展和新型材料的应用,深基坑的支护结构形式也越来越多样化。 然而,现在有关于深基坑支护结构的设计存在两个问题:一是在对基坑支护结构设计时,设计的过于保守,满足不了经济合理的要求,从而造成材料及资金的浪费;另一个问题是理论落后于实践,理论不能指导实践,造成因设计施工不当导致的严重工程事故。目前基坑支护工程中的支护结构设计不合理的问题出现的较多,因此针对基坑工程的支护的优化设计研究意义重大。 本文结合邯郸地区深基坑工程实例,主要进行以下几个方面的研究: (1)综述该领域的发展现状,并提出深基坑支护结构优化设计的思路,就是支护结构方案的优化选择和支护结构细部的优化设计。 (2)介绍几种具有代表性的基坑支护形式及其使用范围,结合工程实例,确定各个剖面的支护结构形式。 (3)利用理正软件对各个支护结构进行优化设计,分析一些参数在设计中的作用和意义,并给出最优的支护结构的设计。
[Abstract]:Deep foundation pit engineering is an ancient subject with the characteristics of the times, but also a comprehensive geotechnical engineering problem, deep foundation pit support is a wide range of technical fields. It is not only related to the engineering structure, but also related to the foundation and geotechnical mechanics, and also related to the environmental protection. With the rapid development of economic level. With the development of engineering technology and the application of new materials, the support structure of deep foundation pit is becoming more and more diversified. However, there are two problems in the design of deep foundation pit support structure. One is that the design of foundation pit support structure is too conservative to meet the economic and reasonable requirements. Thus causing waste of materials and funds; Another problem is that theory lags behind practice, theory can not guide practice, resulting in serious engineering accidents caused by improper design and construction. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the optimum design of foundation pit support. Based on the example of deep foundation pit engineering in Handan area, this paper mainly studies the following aspects: 1) the development of this field is summarized, and the idea of optimal design of deep foundation pit supporting structure is put forward, that is, the optimal selection of supporting structure scheme and the optimization design of supporting structure detail. This paper introduces several representative supporting forms of foundation pit and their application scope, and determines the supporting structure form of each section combining with engineering examples. 3) the optimal design of each supporting structure is carried out by using the software of straightening, the function and significance of some parameters in the design are analyzed, and the optimal design of the supporting structure is given.
