象山县城区城中村改造研究

【摘要】：“城中村”是在经济快速发展、城市化不断推进的过程中出现的一种特有的现象。由于城市社区的规划与管理模式并不完全适用于“城中村”,城中村的规划和管理大多处于混乱和无序的状态,“城中村”问题日益显现。随着城市的扩张和居民对提高生活质量需求的增长,“城中村”已日趋成为影响城市规划实施和城市功能发挥的主要问题。纵观国内大小城市,实施“城中村”改造成为各城市解决自身“城”、“村”矛盾的必然选择,广泛开展的“城中村”改造活动积累了大量有益的经验与教训；而众多城市规划及相关学科领域的专家、学者也以“城中村”改造作为研究的一个重要方向,对“城中村”改造进行了经济、社会、文化等多角度的审视,提出了规划与管理的模式与具体措施。本论文,选取象山县中心城区的城中村改造为主要研究对象,在借鉴相关研究与实践的基础上,针对象山县城中村中出现的诸多问题,进行细致深入的分析,研究问题的成因,探讨城中村改造的必要性,并以此为基础,提出“城中村”改造的策略与建议。论文观点鲜明地提出——“城中村”改造应因地制宜、因村而异、应紧密结合城市发展的总体目标,同时又注重保持村庄自身的特色,从而实现“城”与“村”的全面、协调发展与可持续发展。
[Abstract]:"Village in city" is a special phenomenon in the process of rapid economic development and urbanization. Because the planning and management mode of urban community is not fully applicable to "village in city". The planning and management of villages in cities are mostly in a state of chaos and disorder, and the problem of "villages in cities" is becoming increasingly apparent. With the expansion of cities and the increase of residents' demand for improving the quality of life. Village in city has become the main problem which affects the implementation of urban planning and the function of city. Throughout the domestic cities, the implementation of the "village in the city" transformation into each city to solve their own "city", "village" of the inevitable choice. Extensive "village in the city" reform activities accumulated a large number of useful experiences and lessons; Many experts and scholars in the field of urban planning and related disciplines also take the transformation of "village in city" as an important direction of research, and have carried on the economic, social, cultural and other aspects of economic, social, cultural and other aspects of the transformation of "village in the city". The mode and concrete measures of planning and management are put forward. In this paper, we select Xiangshan County as the main research object of urban village transformation, on the basis of relevant research and practice, in view of Xiangshan County in the village of many problems, detailed and in-depth analysis. This paper studies the causes of the problem, probes into the necessity of the transformation of the village in the city, and puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the transformation of the village in the city on the basis of it. The paper points out clearly that the transformation of the village in the city should be adapted to the local conditions. Different from village, we should closely combine the overall goal of urban development, at the same time pay attention to maintain the characteristics of the village itself, so as to achieve the "city" and "village" comprehensive, coordinated development and sustainable development.
