【摘要】:在快速城市化时期,溧阳城市用地粗放式拓展,不仅给当地优良的自然生态本底带来巨大冲击,并且与“生态溧阳”的发展理念背道而驰。又因“网络状”的城市生态格局具有较强维育功能,对于保障城市的生态效益及其生态格局的完整性与安全性具有优越性,故提出溧阳南部新城生态网络规划。本文在对生态网络这一研究对象重新解读的基础上,以量化分析为主导结合定性分析,重新建构了一条“区划—绿源—绿径—绿网—绿体”的生态网络规划新路径,并以“双核一圈多绿径”的生态网络空间格局为导控,探讨溧阳南部新城的城市结构、用地布局以及产业体系等。全文核心内容分为三个部分:第一,在梳理国内外生态网络规划进展与相关理论及方法的基础上,特别对景观生态学中的“斑块-廊道-基质”模式进行了深入剖析,本文又以城市规划的思维角度与话语体系,对生态网络作重新的诠释与理解,包括构成组分——“绿源”、“绿径”,衍生——“绿网”、“绿体(生态网络综合体)”;并建构城市生态网络规划体系框架。第二,依据城市生态网络规划体系框架,并结合溧阳南部新城生态网络规划的案例实践,构建了一套从“区划—绿源—绿径—绿网—绿体”生态网络规划新路径,具体包括①对研究地域的生态敏感性“区划”;②高敏感性“绿源”的辨识;③最小生态成本“绿径”的构建;④最优结构“绿网”的整合;⑤多种功能“绿体(生态网络综合体)”的复合。而在规划路径实践操作过程中,采用以量化分析为主辅助定性判断以及理论结合实践的方法实现。第三,溧阳南部新城地区通过“双核一圈多绿径”的生态网络空间格局的导控作用,构成了“一线两区”的城市空间拓展格局与构想了溧阳南部生态网络新城“一轴、三心、多片区”空间结构,并结合实际需求与当地产业体系,合理布局功能区块,匹配与生态相适宜的产业体系,最终实现从构建城市生态网络到构建生态网络城市的转变。
[Abstract]:In the period of rapid urbanization, extensive expansion of urban land in Liyang not only brings great impact to the local good natural ecological background. And it runs counter to the development idea of "ecological Liyang", and because of the "network" of the urban ecological pattern has a strong function of maintenance. In order to ensure the ecological benefit of the city and the integrity and safety of the ecological pattern, this paper puts forward the ecological network planning of the southern city of Liyang. This paper reinterprets the ecological network as the research object. Based on quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, a new ecological network planning path of "regionalization-green source-green path-green net-green body" was constructed. Based on the ecological network spatial pattern of "double core, one circle and many green paths", this paper discusses the urban structure, land use layout and industrial system of the new town in the south of Liyang. The core content of this paper is divided into three parts: first. On the basis of combing the progress and related theories and methods of ecological network planning at home and abroad, the "patch-corridor-matrix" model in landscape ecology is analyzed in depth. From the perspective of urban planning thinking and discourse system, this paper reinterprets and understands the ecological network, including its constituent components-"Green Source", "Green path", and "Green Network". "Green body (ecological network complex)"; And construct the framework of urban ecological network planning system. Second, according to the framework of urban ecological network planning system, and combined with the case of Liyang South New City ecological network planning practice. A new set of ecological network planning path from "regionalization-green source-green path-green net-green body" was constructed, including 1 ecological sensitivity "regionalization" of the study area; (2) identification of "green source" with high sensitivity; (3) the construction of "green path" with minimum ecological cost; (4) the integration of the optimal structure "Green net"; (5) the combination of "green body (ecological network complex)". In the course of practical operation of planning path, quantitative analysis is adopted as the main auxiliary qualitative judgment and theory is combined with practice. Third. Through the guidance and control of the ecological network space pattern of "double core, one circle and many green paths", the urban space expansion pattern of "first line and two districts" and the conception of the "new ecological network city" in the south of Liyang are constructed in the new city area of southern Liyang, and the "one axis" of the new ecological network city in the south of Liyang is constructed. Three-center, multi-area "spatial structure, and combined with the actual needs of the local industrial system, reasonable distribution of functional blocks, matching with the ecological suitable industrial system." Finally, the transformation from the construction of urban ecological network to the construction of ecological network city is realized.
