湘西传统村落生活配套设施的现代适应性改造研究

【摘要】：乡村聚落也称乡村居民点或者乡村住区,指的是乡村地区的人类各种形式居住的场所(即村落),其中包括没有到建制镇标准的村集镇。其是在地域环境中之人类的活动据点,它能体现地域的特点,是人文因素和自然因素相互交叉影响综合的反映。乡村聚落与城市相比,其受环境的影响和制约更为明显,但对环境的影响却相对较小。在乡村聚落的发展中,其配套设施的发展水平明显的体现了村落的整体水平,并且配套设施的建设落后对于乡村的长期稳定发展有着明显的制约。国家发展和改革委员会对农村基础设施的定义是：与农业生产、农民生活、农村发展密切相关的各类基础设施,是支撑农村经济社会发展的重要物质基础,也是衡量农村发展水平的重要方面。然而由于缺少对传统乡村配套设施系统全面的认识以及传统村落的新农村建设及其村落文化本身的功能,原有湘西传统村落的配套设施建设更是一项艰难的工作.该论文以提高湘西传统村落生活配套设施的可持续发展建设,保护传统村落的人文历史文化为目标,以湘西传统村落的生活配套设施建设为研究对象,从系统论的角度出发,全方位探索湘西传统村落生活配套设施建设与村落传统文化和谐发展的方式. 文章以湘西传统村落发展历史为开端,论述了传统村落的发展过程及不同阶段的生活配套设施形式,并在此基础上寻找湘西传统村落生活配套设施存在发展的内在规律性,结合国内外的农村发展建设,为湘西传统村落的文化发展保护过程中其生活配套设施的同步建设提供协调解决的途径. 文章的主体部分是湘西传统村落生活配套设施的建设方式研究,传统村落的文化保护。首先是湘西传统村落生活配套设施建设的背景和历史研究,借鉴国内外农村建设的经验,介绍现有适合中国国情的方法以及设计原则。第二部分是分析湘西传统村落生活配套设施的现状情况。第三部分是讲述湘西传统村落生活配套设施建设的必要性与意义。第四部分是讲在新农村建设过程中湘西传统村落生活配套设施建设的方法和途径。第五部分讲述湘西传统村落发展过程中生活配套设施建设与文化延续及生态发展的探讨。第六部分是结论及展望。
[Abstract]:Rural settlements, also known as rural settlements or rural settlements, refer to the various forms of human habitation in rural areas (I. e., villages, which include village towns that do not reach the standard of built-up towns. "they are the activity strongholds of human beings in the regional environment," It can reflect the characteristics of the region, and it is a comprehensive reflection of the interaction between the human and natural factors. Compared with the city, the rural settlements are more obviously influenced and restricted by the environment. However, the impact on the environment is relatively small. In the development of rural settlements, the development level of its supporting facilities obviously reflects the overall level of the village. And the backward construction of supporting facilities has obvious constraints on the long-term and stable development of rural areas. The National Development and Reform Commission defines rural infrastructure as: agricultural production, farmers' lives, All kinds of infrastructure closely related to rural development are the important material basis to support rural economic and social development, and also an important aspect to measure the level of rural development. However, due to the lack of a comprehensive understanding of the system of supporting facilities in the traditional villages and the new rural construction of the traditional villages and the functions of the village culture itself, The paper aims at improving the sustainable development of supporting facilities of traditional villages in western Hunan, and protecting the humanities, history and culture of traditional villages. Taking the construction of supporting facilities of traditional villages in western Hunan as the research object, this paper, from the point of view of system theory, probes into the ways of harmonious development between the construction of supporting facilities for life of traditional villages in western Hunan and the traditional culture of villages. Starting from the history of the development of traditional villages in western Hunan, this paper discusses the development process of traditional villages and the forms of supporting facilities in different stages, and on this basis seeks for the inherent regularity of the existence and development of supporting facilities for life in traditional villages in western Hunan. Combined with the rural development and construction at home and abroad, this paper provides a coordinated solution for the simultaneous construction of supporting facilities in the process of cultural development and protection of traditional villages in Xiangxi. The main part of this paper is the research on the construction mode of the supporting facilities for the life of traditional villages in western Hunan, the cultural protection of the traditional villages, and the background and history of the construction of the supporting facilities for the life of the traditional villages in the west of Hunan. Drawing lessons from the experience of rural construction at home and abroad, The second part is to analyze the present situation of the supporting facilities of the traditional villages in Xiangxi. The third part is to describe the necessity of the construction of the supporting facilities for the life of the traditional villages in the west of Hunan. Part 4th is about the methods and approaches of constructing supporting facilities of traditional villages in Xiangxi during the construction of new countryside. Part 5th tells about the construction of supporting facilities and cultural continuity in the process of development of traditional villages in western Hunan. Part 6th is the conclusion and prospect.
