南宁市五象新区市政管廊项目建设风险管理研究

【摘要】:项目风险管理是项目管理的基础,是项目顺利开展的前提。城市地下管线被誉为城市的“血管”和“神经”,是城市基础设施建设的重要组成部分。本文以南宁市政管廊项目建设为视角,结合项目管理理论,重点研究项目面临的风险,首先对项目的风险进行识别分析,并且提出了相应的风险评估及控制办法,对探索重点项目社会风险管理有一定的现实意义。 本文研究内容及主要成果如下: 一.市政管廊的基本把握。通过调研和文献,了解目前国内先进城市在开展市政管廊建设的成功经验及发展现状;捋清市政管廊及项目风险管理的相关概念及其流程; 二.风险识别。从利益相关者和影响因素两方面,选择合理的风险识别方法具体分析识别市政管廊建设中可能遇到的风险; 三.风险评估。结合南宁市五象新区的管廊建设的具体实例和通过调研得来的资料,对管廊建设的风险进行评估; 四.对风险进行控制和引导。提出解决问题的创新办法和思路,为南宁市市政管廊建设提供参考,为加快南宁市市政管廊建设步伐,进一步提高首府城市建设管理水平,全面提升城市形象和品位贡献力量。 本文以市政管廊项目建设为背景,以风险识别、风险评估、风险控制为研究主线,以文献分析法、调研访谈法、比较分析法为研究手段,借助德尔菲法、层次分析法等定性定量研究工具展开具体分析研究,特色在于理论与实践相结合,定性分析与定量研究相结合,综合运用多种方法对南宁市政管廊项目建设的风险问题进行了研究,并得到了许多有意义的结论。
[Abstract]:Project risk management is the foundation of project management. Urban underground pipeline is regarded as the "blood vessel" and "nerve" of the city, and it is an important part of the urban infrastructure construction. Firstly, the risk of the project is identified and analyzed, and the corresponding risk assessment and control methods are put forward, which is of practical significance to explore the social risk management of the key projects. The contents and main results of this paper are as follows:. The main contents are as follows: 1. The basic grasp of municipal management corridor. Through investigation and literature, we can find out the successful experience and development status of the construction of municipal management corridor in advanced cities in China, and make clear the related concepts and processes of municipal management corridor and project risk management. 2. Risk identification. Selecting reasonable risk identification method from the two aspects of stakeholders and influencing factors to analyze and identify the risks that may be encountered in the construction of municipal corridor; 3. Risk assessment. Based on the concrete examples of management corridor construction in Wuxiangxin District of Nanning City and the data obtained through investigation, the risk assessment of management corridor construction is carried out. 4. To control and guide the risk, to put forward innovative methods and ideas to solve the problem, to provide reference for the construction of Nanning municipal management corridor, to speed up the construction of Nanning municipal management corridor, and to further improve the management level of the capital city construction. The overall promotion of the city image and grade contribution. This paper takes the construction of municipal management corridor as the background, risk identification, risk assessment and risk control as the main line of study, literature analysis method, investigation and interview method, comparative analysis method as the research means, with the help of Delphi method. Qualitative and quantitative research tools such as Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are characterized by the combination of theory and practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative research. The risk of the construction of Nanning municipal pipe gallery project is studied by using various methods, and many meaningful conclusions are obtained.
