XX工程施工质量控制研究

【摘要】:天津滨海新区被纳入国家经济发展战略以来,拉动了天津经济,尤其是建筑建设规模逐年增多和增大,造成建筑业的发展势头强劲。仅2011年总的建设规模就突破了1亿平方米,成为了我国经济发展的第三增长级。在国家经济发展战略的推动下,传统的建筑项目已经不能满足滨海新区的发展要求,取而代之的是深基坑、大跨度、高层、超高层的大项目,虽然在科技浪潮的推动下改进的施工技术、创新性的施工工艺以及具有更加优势的新型建筑材料被广泛应用与天津滨海新区的建设中,这些新型的大建筑项目施工难度和工程风险也被大大提高了,从而引发的工程质量问题成为了社会关注的焦点和热点,也是从业者关心的最主要的问题之一 本文以“XX工程施工质量控制”为研究对象,将质量控制的理论、过程、方法与要素运用于该项目实施的各个环节,用以分析项目建设过程中具体的质量控制方案。从施工组织管理、施工工序控制和施工质量控制等几方面,对整个工程的质量目标和质量控制方案、质量控制的动态监控过程和质量偏差分析方法等进行介绍,重点从施工组织管理、施工设计控制、材料控制和施工技术控制等方面进行分析,尤其是对如何科学合理地处理进度、质量和造价三者之间关系,对妥善安排施工工期和工序穿插等施工技术的改进进行了探讨,提出本工程项目质量管理水平的措施。并以现浇楼板的施工质量控制为例,重点分析了施工过程中楼板的裂缝控制,最后对项目质量控制的实施做了评价,总结了控制中的成功因素,提出了关于施工质量控制的发展建议及亟待解决的问题。 本文肯定了质量控制的重要作用,同时针对质量控制管理存在的问题和不足,提出了一些改进措施,希望能从行业管理、企业自律和政府监管等几个层面对建筑项目加强管理,规范质量行为,从而实现工程质量管理全程控制。
[Abstract]:Since Tianjin Binhai New area was incorporated into the national economic development strategy, it has stimulated Tianjin's economy, especially the construction scale has increased and increased year by year, resulting in a strong development momentum of the construction industry. In 2011 alone, the total construction scale exceeded 100 million square meters. It has become the third growth level of China's economic development. Under the impetus of the national economic development strategy, the traditional construction projects can no longer meet the development requirements of the Binhai New area. Instead, they are replaced by deep foundation pits, large spans, and high buildings. Although the construction technology, innovative construction technology and new building materials with more advantages have been widely used in the construction of Tianjin Binhai New area, driven by the tide of science and technology, The construction difficulty and engineering risk of these new large construction projects have also been greatly increased, thus the engineering quality problems caused by them have become the focus and hot spot of the society, and are also one of the most important problems concerned by practitioners. Taking "XX Project Construction quality Control" as the research object, this paper applies the theory, process, method and elements of the quality control to every link of the project implementation. It is used to analyze the concrete quality control scheme in the process of project construction. From the aspects of construction organization and management, construction procedure control and construction quality control, the quality objectives and quality control schemes of the whole project are analyzed. The dynamic monitoring process of quality control and the analysis method of quality deviation are introduced, especially from the aspects of construction organization management, construction design control, material control and construction technology control, etc. In particular, how to deal with the relationship among progress, quality and cost scientifically and reasonably is discussed, and the improvement of construction technology, such as arranging construction time limit and process intercalation, is discussed. This paper puts forward the measures of the quality management level of the project, and taking the construction quality control of cast-in-place floor as an example, analyzes emphatically the crack control of the floor during the construction process, and finally evaluates the implementation of the project quality control. This paper summarizes the successful factors in the control, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of construction quality control and the problems to be solved urgently. This paper affirms the important role of quality control, and at the same time, aiming at the problems and shortcomings of quality control management, puts forward some improvement measures, hoping to be able to manage from the industry. Enterprise self-discipline and government supervision strengthen the management of construction project and standardize the quality behavior so as to realize the whole process control of project quality management.
