WX家园项目建筑施工工程质量控制研究

【摘要】：近年来,房地产市场发展迅速,市场竞争日益激烈,建筑的质量成为客户评判企业实力的最好标准,而施工中的质量控制由于其自身的特殊性成为了整个工程项目质量控制的关键环节。本文以WX家园项目为研究对象,对工程项目施工阶段质量控制进行了探讨。施工阶段的质量控制是一个从初期的材料准备、方案制定,到施工过程中个技术环节的控制和实施,直到工程结束质量检测为止的系统控制过程。本文根据WX家园项目确立的质量要求,对其施工阶段质量的现状进行分析,从质量影响的五大因素着手,运用全面质量管理方法,解决工程中遇到的实际问题。工程项目存在的一些工程质量管理问题,其他企业或多或少的也存在,所以它的研究成果对其它企业也具有一定的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the real estate market and the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the quality of buildings has become the best standard for customers to judge the strength of enterprises. The quality control in construction has become the key link of the whole project quality control because of its own particularity. This paper takes the WX Home Project as the research object, discusses the quality control in the construction stage of the engineering project. The quality control in the construction stage is a material preparation and scheme formulation from the initial stage. Control and implementation of a technical link in the construction process until the completion of the project quality inspection system control process. According to the quality requirements established by the WX Home Project, this paper analyzes the present situation of the quality in the construction stage, starts with the five major factors affecting the quality, and applies the total quality management method. Some engineering quality management problems exist in engineering projects, and other enterprises also exist more or less, so its research results have certain practical significance for other enterprises.
