刚性聚合纤维透水混凝土性能试验研究

【摘要】:透水混凝土是一种绿色混凝土,具有及时补充地下水和吸声降噪等优点,可以弥补普通混凝土的缺点,对改善城市的生态环境有深远的意义。但较多的孔隙也使得透水混凝土的强度、抗冻性和耐磨性等不能满足路面使用的要求。为了扩展透水混凝土的应用,本课题采用掺加刚性聚合纤维增强透水混凝土性能,并进行了试验研究。 首先,系统采用正交试验设计方法对试验进行整体设计,介绍了测定刚性聚合纤维透水混凝土的物理性能试验方法,包括抗压强度、透水系数、孔隙率、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度试验。 其次,进行了四因素三水平的正交试验。按照相应的试验方法依次测定了各个物理性能。用直观分析法和方差分析法对每个物理性能的测定数值进行了分析。利用直观分析法得到了较好的单一物理性能较优秀的因素组合。利用方差分析法分析了各个因素对相应物理性能影响的显著性。并且研究分析了刚性聚合纤维对透水混凝土改性的机理。综合考虑,在实际工程中推荐的透水混凝土最佳配合比为:骨料粒径10~16mm,水灰比0.35,,纤维掺量0.4%,乳液掺量为15%。 最后,研究了刚性聚合纤维透水混凝土各个物理性能相互之间的关系。利用回归法对透水系数和孔隙率、孔隙率和抗压强度、抗折强度和抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗压强度的关系进行了定量分析,得到了二者之间相应的基本变化趋势和量化公式,所得结论对实际工程有指导意义。 通过研究配合所得刚性聚合纤维透水混凝土的整体性能高于普通透水混凝土。各影响因素间的量化公式的提出为透水混凝土的实际工程应用奠定了理论基础。
[Abstract]:Permeable concrete is a kind of green concrete, which has the advantages of replenishing groundwater in time and reducing noise by sound absorption, which can make up for the shortcomings of ordinary concrete. In order to expand the application of permeable concrete, the strength, frost resistance and wear resistance of permeable concrete can not meet the requirements of pavement use. In this paper, the performance of permeable concrete reinforced with rigid polymeric fiber was studied. Firstly, the orthogonal design method is used to design the whole test. The physical properties of rigid polymer fiber permeable concrete are tested, including compressive strength, permeability coefficient, porosity, etc. Flexural strength and splitting tensile strength test. Secondly, The orthogonal experiments of four factors and three levels were carried out. The physical properties were measured in turn according to the corresponding test methods. The measured values of each physical property were analyzed by visual analysis method and variance analysis method. A better combination of single physical properties and better physical properties was obtained by means of the analysis of variance. The significance of each factor on the physical properties was analyzed by variance analysis, and the effect of rigid polymeric fiber on water permeability and coagulation was studied and analyzed. Mechanism of land reform. The optimum mix ratio of permeable concrete in practical engineering is as follows: aggregate diameter 1016 mm, water cement ratio 0.35, fiber content 0.4 and emulsion volume 15. Finally, the relationship between the physical properties of rigid polymerized fiber permeable concrete is studied. The regression method is used to study the permeability coefficient and porosity, porosity and compressive strength, flexural strength and compressive strength. The relationship between splitting tensile strength and compressive strength is quantitatively analyzed and the corresponding basic change trend and quantitative formula are obtained. The conclusions are of guiding significance for practical engineering. The whole performance of rigid polymerized fiber permeable concrete is higher than that of ordinary permeable concrete through the research. The quantification formula among the influencing factors has laid a theoretical foundation for the practical engineering application of permeable concrete.
