南京老年人社区生活环境设计研究

【摘要】：社会老龄化早已成为全世界的趋势，而我国社会老龄化形式则更为严峻。南京市是我国人口老龄化程度较高、发展速度较快的地区之一，20世纪80年代末南京就成为了老年型人口城市，截止至2011年底，南京市60岁及以上老年人达111.16万人，人口老龄化率达20%，而江苏省人口老龄化率为17%，全国则13.3%[1]。南京市老龄化问题突出，老龄化问题是关系到城市稳定和发展的重要因素。随着南京市经济水平的快速发展、南京居民生活水平和老年人身心健康的不断提高，以往几代同堂、或是过往的老年社区生活空间已不能满足老年人的日常生活和娱乐生活，在经济基础和社会文化的趋势下，设计适合南京老年人的社区居住环境存在了很大的潜力。南京市老年人有着典型的地域特征，南京市现有的养老机构存在着较大的实际缺陷，目前现有的大部分老年人居住空间无法满足老年人身心体能的各方面需求，甚至根本就谈不上为其设计。本研究重点分析以南京为代表的大中型城市养老现状，收集和分析国内外较为成功和先进的老龄化居住模式，从城市、社区、个体环境为分析研究出发点，并进一步从微观的实施层面结合南京现有的工程实例实例，通过针对南京老年人地域、心理、生理方面特征对自身居住环境的需求进行探讨研究，提出适合南京市的老龄化居住环境模式体系既要为老年人提供健康舒适的居住空间和必要的医护功能设施，还要注重文化、娱乐、交往功能空间的设计配备，为南京老年人社区生活环境设计提供一些启示。
[Abstract]:The aging of society has long been a trend all over the world, but the form of social aging in China is even more severe. Nanjing has a relatively high degree of aging population. Nanjing, one of the areas with relatively rapid development, became an aging city at the end of 80s in the 20th century. As of end of 2011, there were one million one hundred and eleven thousand and six hundred elderly people aged 60 and over in Nanjing. The aging rate of population is 20%, that of Jiangsu Province is 17%, and that of the whole country is 13.3% [1]. The aging problem is prominent in Nanjing, which is an important factor related to the stability and development of the city. With the rapid development of Nanjing's economic level, the living standards of Nanjing residents and the physical and mental health of the elderly are constantly improving. In the past several generations, or in the past, the living space of the elderly community has not been able to satisfy the daily and recreational life of the elderly. Under the trend of economic foundation and social culture, There is great potential to design a community environment suitable for the elderly in Nanjing. The elderly in Nanjing have typical regional characteristics, and the existing pension institutions in Nanjing have great practical defects. At present, most of the existing living space for the elderly can not meet the needs of the elderly in all aspects of their physical and mental health. This study focuses on the analysis of the current situation of aging in large and medium-sized cities, which is represented by Nanjing, and the collection and analysis of the more successful and advanced aging living patterns at home and abroad, from the city, the community, The individual environment is the starting point of the analysis and research, and further from the micro implementation level combined with the existing engineering examples in Nanjing, through the elderly in Nanjing through the characteristics of the region, psychology, physiological aspects of the needs of their own living environment. It is proposed that the model system of aging living environment suitable for Nanjing should not only provide healthy and comfortable living space and necessary medical facilities for the elderly, but also pay attention to the design and equipping of cultural, recreational and communicative functional spaces. It provides some enlightenment for the design of community living environment for the elderly in Nanjing.
