超高层建筑环境影响评价研究

【摘要】:我国建筑业在未来一段时期仍将保持较快发展,环境保护、节约能源、节约资源等国家政策日益完善,建筑业发展面临的挑战越来越多。国家经济社会的发展也对建筑业发展提出更高的要求,我国现在推进城镇化发展的过程中,更应该合理利用资源、保护环境,使得建筑业可持续性的发展落到实处。鉴于超高层建筑能够节约用地的特点,使得超高层建筑在许多中心城市发展迅猛,同时超高层建筑推广对环境造成的影响不容忽视。 绿色建筑开始在我国新建建筑中不断推广,建筑节能技术的应用、各种绿色建材的使用都为实现绿色建筑铺平道路。绿色建筑是在全寿命周期内实现建筑各方面的环保、节能等,这些相关的研究是从消费者对建筑宜居程度这个角度展开,运营管理阶段建筑要体现出绿色,但是在建筑工程项目实施的过程中建筑并不能实现环境友好。绿色建筑在实施过程中同样难以避免环境污染等其他破坏,国内外对建设项目环境管理的相关研究不是很多,但足以引起对建筑业发展过程中环境管理问题的探讨。 我国推出环境保护法较早,但是当今环境保护的领域不断扩展,建筑业领域的环境污染已引起大家关注;随着绿色建筑评价标准的推出,奠定了我国建筑业领域内建筑环境影响评价的基础,基于此我国有关建筑环境影响评价的研究在不断进步。本文是从建筑对环境的影响的角度展开研究,借鉴全寿命周期评价相关理论,结合超高层建筑实施的全过程,逐步展开论述。深入分析超高层建筑在施工阶段、运营管理阶段对环境的影响,结合超高层建筑的发展趋势以及减轻环境影响的途径,综合分析了国内外绿色建筑评价体系与评价标准,并总结所有评价体系与评价标准的优点和不足,寻找超高层建筑在生命周期各个阶段对环境影响的约束因素,并尝试按照超高层建筑生命周期各个阶段建立超高层建筑的环境影响评价体系;构建该评价体系的评价模型,结合实际案例进行分析研究,提出超高层建筑在实际过程中环境管理的建议。 本文剖析超高层建筑在建设的过程中应该如何进行环境管理,综合各阶段的环境影响因素,建立超高层建筑环境影响评价体系,,构建多层次模糊综合评价模型。运用该价体系和评价模型可以对超高层建筑环境友好程度进行综合评价,也可以为超高层建筑生命周期各个阶段的环境管理提供相关理论依据和实践指导。
[Abstract]:China's construction industry will continue to develop rapidly in the coming period, and the national policies such as environmental protection, energy conservation and resource conservation will become increasingly perfect. The development of the construction industry is facing more and more challenges. The development of the national economy and society also puts forward higher requirements for the development of the construction industry. In the process of promoting the development of urbanization, China should make rational use of resources and protect the environment. In view of the characteristics that super high-rise buildings can save land, the super high-rise buildings develop rapidly in many central cities, and the impact of the promotion of super high-rise buildings on the environment can not be ignored. The application of building energy saving technology and the use of all kinds of green building materials pave the way for the realization of green building. Green building is to realize all aspects of environmental protection in the whole life cycle of the building. Energy saving and so on. These related studies are carried out from the perspective of consumers' livable degree of buildings. The buildings in the operation and management stage should embody green. However, in the process of construction project implementation, construction can not achieve environmental friendliness. Green building is difficult to avoid other damage such as environmental pollution in the process of implementation, and there are not many related researches on environmental management of construction project at home and abroad. But enough to cause the discussion of the environmental management in the development process of the construction industry. The environmental protection law was introduced earlier in our country, but the field of environmental protection has been expanding constantly, and the environmental pollution in the construction industry has attracted people's attention; with the introduction of the green building evaluation standard, It has laid the foundation of the environmental impact assessment in the field of construction industry of our country. Based on this, the research on the environmental impact assessment of building in our country is progressing. This paper is to carry out the research from the point of view of the impact of the building on the environment. Referring to the theory of life cycle evaluation and combining the whole process of the implementation of super high-rise building, the paper discusses the influence of super high-rise building on the environment in construction stage and operation management stage. Combined with the development trend of super high-rise buildings and the ways to mitigate the environmental impact, the evaluation systems and evaluation standards of green buildings at home and abroad are comprehensively analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of all evaluation systems and evaluation standards are summarized. In this paper, the author tries to establish the environmental impact assessment system of super high-rise building according to every stage of the life cycle of super high-rise building, and to build the evaluation model of the evaluation system, and to find out the constraint factors of the impact on environment in every stage of the life cycle of super high-rise building. Based on the analysis and study of practical cases, the paper puts forward some suggestions on environmental management of super high-rise buildings in the actual process. This paper analyzes how to carry out environmental management in the process of building super high-rise building, synthesizes the environmental influence factors of each stage, and establishes the environmental impact assessment system of super high-rise building. A multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed, which can be used to evaluate the environmental friendliness of super high-rise building. It can also provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for environmental management in every stage of life cycle of super high-rise building.
