【摘要】:广州处于南海之滨三江总汇之地,历史上水网密布,水道纵横,城市的发展变化一直与城市水系的演变息息相关。广州城市水系空间的历史演进过程,当代水系空间建设从宏观到微观所面临的问题,在全国范围内都具有典型性。因此,本文以广州城市水系空间为研究对象,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。 本文中的城市水系空间是指在同一个城市地域内,通过河道、湖泊等水系要素联系起来的所有滨水空间的集合。论文的研究始终以城市水系与城市发展的关系为基础,研究的时间界限从古代广州建城起至今,重点在现代;以广州城市建成区为基本的空间范围,重点以广州市中心城区及其城市边缘区为主要的地域范围;采用文献研读与考证、实地考察、区域文化学方法、问卷调研、比较分析等方法。 论文研究的内容包括第二至第六章共五部分: 第二章从历史发展的层面来梳理广州城市发展与水系演进的过程。分析研究关注横向的空间形态变化及其背后的政治经济因素,并在此基础上总结纵向的发展规律。其中自然环境因素是整个发展过程的大背景,社会经济的发展是最重要的因素,社会经济、规划思想和人文因素将是影响未来广州城市水系与城市发展的主要原因。通过水系发展与城市关系的回顾,提供历史的借鉴,为下文的研究打下坚实的基础。 第三章从物质形态的层面分析广州城市水系的构成。分析研究既包括整体的地貌形态、与绿网、路网结合的新姿,同时针对珠江广州河段沿岸空间、水乡聚落空间和水乡景观空间形态进行深入。 第四章从工程实践的层面,分类对江河水系、河涌水系和湖泊水系各取典型案例进行研究。研究的内容,既有从宏观角度分析其与城市发展、结构调整的关系,又有在工程具体实践中对于历史文化、城市肌理、居民生活、生态环境、景观特色等方面的处理,并结合问卷调查的方法进行使用后评价。 第五章从建设实施层面,本着生态和景观为主导的原则,选择从断面形式、护岸结构、结合水生态修复的技术措施三方面来研究本地化的技术方法。通过实地调研,各选择具有典型场地特征、实施效果好、应用前景广的案例进行分析;既注重单一技术方法的原理介绍和应用效果分析,也介绍根据不同条件综合运用的效果。 最后,论文在以上四大部分研究的基础上,对广州城市水系空间建设的实施途径进行探析。结合广州市的实际,借鉴国内外一些成功的案例,从政策法规、设计策略、技术支撑、公共管理制度、评估反馈激励机制五个方面进行探讨。 对于广州这个个案,以城市水系与城市发展关系作为研究的切入点是一个崭新的方向。本论文系统梳理了广州城市水系与城市发展的进程,并将古城水系各阶段的形态在现代地图中逐一印证,丰富和充实了相关研究的基础资料,同时作为一个阶段性的研究成果,对于个案的分析和总结也可以为后续的研究打下坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou is at the confluence of the South China Sea Sanjiang, the history of water network, watercourse, development and change of the city has been closely related with the city water system evolution. The historical evolution of Guangzhou city water system space, the construction of contemporary water space from macroscopic to microcosmic problem, are typical in the country. Therefore, this paper takes Guangzhou city water system space as the research object, has important theoretical significance and practical value.
City water system space in this paper refers to in the same city in the region, through the river, all the waterfront space linking lake water elements. This research has always been to the relationship between city water system and city development as the foundation, the time limits of the city has been built from ancient Guangzhou, focus on modern; in Guangzhou city urban district as basic spatial range, focus on Guangzhou city and the city fringe area is the main region; the study of literature and on-the-spot investigation, research, regional culture method, questionnaire survey, comparative analysis and other methods.
The content of the thesis includes second to sixth chapters, which are five parts.
The second chapter to development and evolution of Guangzhou city water system combing from the point of historical analysis. Research focuses on the political and economic factors behind the spatial morphology and lateral, and on this basis, summarize the rule of development. The longitudinal natural environment is the background of the development process, the development of the social economy is the most factor. The important social and economic, planning and human factors will affect the main reason for the Guangzhou city water system and city development in the future. Through the review of development between the city and the river, to provide historical reference, a solid foundation for the following research lay.
The third chapter analyzed the structure of Guangzhou city water system from the physical level. Analysis of both landform, with the overall network, combined with the new network, according to the Pearl River in Guangzhou coastal water and water space, settlements landscape space form deeply.
The fourth chapter from the practice level, classification of rivers, river system and lake water in the typical case study. The research content, the analysis and the development of the city both from a macro perspective, the relationship between structural adjustment, and in practice engineering in the historical and cultural city, texture, living, ecology processing environment, landscape features and other aspects, and questionnaire methods were used after evaluation.
The fifth chapter from the perspective of the implementation of the construction of the spirit of ecological and landscape oriented principle, choose from the section form of revetment structure, technology localization method to study the combination of the three technical measures of water ecological restoration. Through field research, has the typical characteristics of the site selection, implementation effect, analysis of wide application prospect to the case; not only focus on the analysis of principle and application effect of single method, also introduced according to the comprehensive utilization of different conditions.
Finally, based on the above four parts on the research approaches of Guangzhou city water system space construction and analysis. According to the actual situation of Guangzhou City, some successful cases at home and abroad, from the policies and regulations, design strategy, technical support, public management system, evaluation feedback incentive mechanism five aspects.
For the case of Guangzhou, the relationship between city water system and city development as the starting point of the research is a new direction. This paper systematically analyzes the Guangzhou city water system and the process of city development, and each stage of city water forms in the modern map by confirmed, enrich and enrich the basic data of related research. At the same time as the research results of one stage, to analyze and summarize the case can also be a solid foundation for the following research.
