东北老工业城市工业景观的文脉延续研究

【摘要】：随着我国城市化建设的加剧和城市景观规划思想的发展，景观科学建设已经成为全球开展生态建设和可持续发展的首要问题。改革开放以来，伴随着产业结构的调整和经济建设的迅猛发展，我国的工业产业正面临着资源严重枯竭、工业废弃地以及衰败工业区的急剧增加。东北地区作为中国最早进入工业化的城市，率先受到工业化衰败的影响，传统工业逐渐衰弱。工业景观遗址在转型的过程中，产生大量工业废弃地和废置工业设施，很多具有重要历史意义的工业场所已经遭到严重破坏，城市工业发展普遍陷入困境，工业城市面临可持续发展的窘境，城市发展的发动机失灵，在中国改革开放的大背景下，落后于其他城市，并引发一系列的所谓“东北现象”等社会问题。2003年，在国家提出振兴东北老工业基地战略和科学发展观的背景下，综合运用工业文化景观的生态艺术研究，通过对东北老工业城市工业景观的成因、衰败以及衰败后城市发展的取向进行分析研究，力求探索老工业城市从单一型工业城市向功能型城市转变的可能，推进东北城市工业废弃地的景观改造和工业遗产资源地的保护与再利用。论文总体分为三个层次，依照提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的研究方法，逻辑性的展开论述。东北老工业城市的工业场所有着鲜明的地域特征，丰富的历史文脉。论文分析和调研了东北地区工业景观的现状，分析了该地区的面貌特性，在工业生产过程中也有很多值得保留的记忆，如何接续东北城市的历史文脉，强调发展东北地区工业景观的特色设计，探索实现工业景观向后工业景观改造的可持续发展，成为发展东北老工业城市工业文化景观亟待解决的问题。在工业景观改造的过程中，如何借鉴西方国家后工业景观设计的思想，运用景观设计的方法推进我国东北老工业城市的重建，解决我国东北地区老工业区城市的具体问题，成为一个有价值的研究课题。通过对东北老工业城市工业景观的研究，，探索实现保护城市文脉、城市工业文明的景观价值，并希望能为东北老工业区的工业景观设计提供参考，对促进东北老工业基地的振兴和东北功能型城市的建设提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the intensification of urbanization and the development of urban landscape planning in China, the construction of landscape science has become the most important issue in the global ecological construction and sustainable development. With the adjustment of industrial structure and the rapid development of economic construction, China's industrial industry is facing a serious depletion of resources, industrial wasteland and the rapid increase of declining industrial zones. As the earliest industrialized city in China, Northeast China was the first to be affected by the decline of industrialization, and the traditional industry gradually weakened. In the course of the transformation of industrial landscape sites, a large number of industrial wasteland and abandoned industrial facilities were produced. Many industrial sites of great historical significance have been seriously damaged, and the development of urban industry has generally fallen into a dilemma. Industrial cities are facing the dilemma of sustainable development, the engine of urban development has failed, and under the background of China's reform and opening up, It lags behind other cities and causes a series of social problems such as "Northeast phenomenon". In 2003, under the background of the national strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China and the concept of scientific development, the ecological art research of industrial cultural landscape was comprehensively applied. Based on the analysis of the causes of the industrial landscape of the old industrial cities in Northeast China, the decline and the orientation of the urban development after the decline, the paper tries to explore the possibility of the transformation of the old industrial cities from a single industrial city to a functional one. To promote the landscape transformation of industrial wasteland and the protection and reuse of industrial heritage land in Northeast China. The paper is divided into three levels. According to the research methods of problem raising, problem analysis and problem solving, and logical development, the industrial sites of the old industrial cities in Northeast China have distinct regional characteristics. The paper analyzes and investigates the present situation of industrial landscape in Northeast China, analyzes the features of the region, and also has a lot of memory to keep in the process of industrial production, how to follow the historical context of northeast cities, Emphasizing the development of the characteristic design of the industrial landscape in Northeast China, and exploring the sustainable development of the transformation of the industrial landscape to the post-industrial landscape, It has become an urgent problem to develop the industrial cultural landscape of the old industrial cities in Northeast China. In the process of the transformation of industrial landscape, how to learn from the ideas of post-industrial landscape design in western countries, It is a valuable research topic to use the method of landscape design to promote the reconstruction of the old industrial city in Northeast China and to solve the concrete problem of the old industrial area city in the northeast of China. Through the study of the industrial landscape of the old industrial city in Northeast China, this paper explores the landscape value of protecting the urban context and the urban industrial civilization, and hopes to provide a reference for the industrial landscape design of the old industrial park in the Northeast. To promote the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base and the construction of functional cities in the Northeast to provide a theoretical basis.
