基于空间句法的严寒地区小城镇街道空间环境研究

【摘要】：随着小城镇建设规模的飞速扩张的步伐，，在小城镇建设中也逐步显示出城市建设中涌现的城镇风貌雷同、特质消失的趋势，使传统小城镇独有的空间肌理、乡土风貌、街坊关系、人文特色等消失殆尽。小城镇的街道作为小城镇的发展雏形和生活文化的载体，其空间环境不仅没有通过研究小城镇特色而规划指导带来的整体协调、魅力鲜明的美好图景，也没有与环境融合、具有地域文化和现代感的小城镇独特风貌。基于这些问题，本文对严寒地区小城镇街道空间环境进行了分析研究，希望能为当前的小城镇建设提供参考和决策依据。本文首先分析了国内外小城镇街道空间环境的研究成果和空间句法理论的方法体系，研究小城镇街道空间环境在空间句法中的讨论，确定空间句法在街道空间环境研究中的可行性。然后，对规则型、自由型、混合型三种类型小城镇的建设进行深入研究，选取严寒地区小城镇的典型案例。以范家屯镇、博克图镇、佟二堡镇为典型案例，进行实地走访调研，对三个典型小城镇的街道空间环境进行了重点研究。从街道形态、功能布局、环境感知三个方面进行句法解析和相关性研究。在街道形态特征层面，用空间句法参数中的连接值和控制值、整合度和选择度、街道网络密度从街道布局结构、街道组织特征、街道网络性能三个角度分析严寒地区小城镇的三种类型的街道形态特征；在功能布局特征层面，用空间句法参数中的局部整合度、步行可达指数、拓扑距离差异从功能类型选择、街道利用潜力、商业活力分布三个角度解析建筑功能的空间布局特征；在环境感知效果层面，从四个角度进行句法解析，包括视域模拟分析下的街道视域效果特征、代理机器人模拟下的行为轨迹特征、空间尺度与空间探索逻辑的关联分析、私人—公共空间与感知安全程度的关联分析。从而全面的分析三种类型小城镇街道空间环境的特征。总结三种类型严寒地区小城镇街道空间环境的特征，剖析严寒地区小城镇街道空间的主要问题和产生原因，试图找到社会、经济、文化因素对街道空间环境的影响和关联。最后，提炼了构建环境适宜的小城镇街道空间模式，总结了句法语境下的小城镇街道空间设计策略建议，并对小城镇街道建设提出相应的控制与引导对策，提出保护控制的专项内容，为小城镇的健康、可持续发展提供借鉴依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid expansion of the construction scale of small towns, the trend of the appearance and style of towns emerging in the construction of small towns is also gradually shown, which makes the unique spatial texture and local style of the traditional small towns become more and more similar. The street of a small town, as the embryonic form of development of a small town and the carrier of life culture, not only does not have the overall coordination brought by planning guidance through studying the characteristics of the small town, but also the space environment of the street as the carrier of the development and culture of the small town. The beautiful picture with bright charm, no integration with environment, the unique style and features of small towns with regional culture and modern feeling. Based on these problems, this paper makes an analysis and research on the street space environment of small towns in severe cold areas. Hope to provide reference and decision basis for the current small town construction. This paper first analyzes the research results of street space environment in small towns at home and abroad and the method system of space syntax theory, and studies the discussion of street space environment in space syntax of small towns. The feasibility of spatial syntax in the study of street spatial environment is determined. Secondly, the construction of three types of small towns, regular, free and mixed, is studied in depth, and a typical case of small towns in cold regions is selected. Boketu Town, Tong Erbao Town as a typical case, carried out field visits and investigations, carried out a focus on the street space environment of three typical small towns. From the street shape and function layout, In the aspect of street morphological features, using the connection value and control value, integration degree and choice degree, street network density from the street layout structure, the street organization characteristic, the connection value and the control value in the space syntax parameter, the street network density from the street layout structure, the street organization characteristic, the environment perception three aspects carries on the syntactic analysis and the correlation research. Three kinds of street shape features of small towns in severe cold area are analyzed from three aspects of street network performance, and at the level of functional layout features, the local integration degree of spatial syntactic parameters is used, and the walking index is obtained. The topological distance difference analyzes the spatial layout characteristics of the building function from three angles: the choice of function type, the potential of street utilization, the distribution of commercial vitality, and the syntactic analysis from four angles at the level of environmental perception effect. It includes street visual effect characteristics under visual simulation analysis, behavior trajectory characteristics under proxy robot simulation, correlation analysis between spatial scale and spatial exploration logic, The relationship between private and public space and perceived security is analyzed, and the characteristics of three types of street space environment in small towns are analyzed comprehensively. This paper summarizes the characteristics of street space environment of small towns in three types of severe cold areas, analyzes the main problems and causes of street space in small towns in cold regions, and tries to find out the society and economy. Finally, the paper abstracts the model of constructing street space of small town which is suitable for environment, and summarizes the strategy of street space design of small town under syntactic context. It also puts forward the corresponding control and guiding countermeasures for the street construction of small towns, and puts forward the special contents of protection and control, which provides a reference for the healthy and sustainable development of small towns.
