免抹灰混凝土竖向构件施工关键技术研究

【摘要】:随着社会的不断发展,人们开始对于混凝土的成型质量变得越来越重视,与此同时,环保已经成为社会的主流,而由抹灰引发的大气污染,以及抹灰后引发表层脱落造成的环境污染,使人们对免抹灰建筑越来越感兴趣,这也使免抹灰混凝土的研究成了广大研究者研究的对象,同时,免抹灰混凝土的研究有利于减少混凝土工程外观质量问题,对提高混凝土的成型质量具有重要的指导意义。 本文以工程中出现的各种外观质量问题为研究背景,通过工程调研,结合相关理论、图集等资料,以混凝土竖向构件为研究对象,进行了分析和研究。首先,笔者通过对青岛多个工程项目进行调研,得出混凝土竖向构件存在的主要表观问题,从技术和管理方面通过分析出表观问题的主要成因,并提出相关处理措施;其次,由于模板是免抹灰混凝土竖向构件成型质量的重点,,笔者分析了不同模板体系(散拼模板、钢框模板和大钢模板)对免抹灰混凝土竖向构件外观质量的影响,得出了不同模板体系的优缺点,并对混凝土竖向构件进行了模板(散拼模板和钢框模板)细部设计;然后是混凝土施工措施,对混凝土原材料的选择和配合比进行了理论分析,提出了混凝土在浇筑、振捣和养护方面的工艺要点;最后是免抹灰混凝土竖向构件的施工质量验收标准及组织措施,先分析了钢筋保护层对结构耐久性的影响,且提出了控制措施及组织措施,并通过和普通混凝土、清水混凝土(竖向构件)和普通抹灰的施工质量验收标准进行对比分析,提出免抹灰混凝土竖向构件的施工质量验收标准。 通过前面的研究,最终形成了免抹灰混凝土竖向构件模板细部图解,以及提出了免抹灰混凝土竖向构件施工质量验收标准,对以后免抹灰混凝土竖向构件施工提供了依据。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, people begin to pay more and more attention to the quality of concrete molding. At the same time, environmental protection has become the mainstream of society, and the air pollution caused by plastering has become more and more important. And the environmental pollution caused by the surface layer falling off after plastering, which makes people more and more interested in no-plastering buildings. This also makes the research of no-plastering concrete become the research object of the majority of researchers, at the same time, The research of no-plastering concrete is helpful to reduce the problem of concrete engineering appearance quality, and has important guiding significance to improve the quality of concrete forming. In this paper, taking various appearance quality problems in engineering as the research background, through engineering investigation, combining with relevant theories, atlas and other data, the vertical concrete members are taken as the research object. First of all, Through the investigation of many engineering projects in Qingdao, the author obtains the main apparent problems existing in the vertical concrete members, analyzes the main causes of the apparent problems from the aspects of technology and management, and puts forward the relevant treatment measures. Because the formwork is the key point of the shape-forming quality of no-plastering concrete vertical members, the author analyzes the influence of different formwork systems (loose formwork, steel frame formwork and large steel formwork) on the appearance quality of no-plastering concrete vertical members. The merits and demerits of different formwork systems are obtained, and the detailed design of concrete vertical members' formwork (loose formwork and steel frame formwork) is given, and then the concrete construction measures are discussed, and the selection and mix ratio of concrete raw materials are analyzed theoretically. The main technical points of concrete in pouring, vibrating and curing are put forward, and finally, the acceptance standard of construction quality and the organization measures of the vertical members without plastering are put forward, and the influence of the protective layer of reinforcement on the durability of the structure is analyzed. The control measures and organization measures are put forward and compared with the construction quality acceptance standards of ordinary concrete, fair-faced concrete (vertical members) and ordinary plastering. The acceptance standard of construction quality of concrete vertical members without plastering is put forward. Through the previous research, the detailed drawing of the formwork of the vertical members without plastering concrete was formed, and the acceptance standard of the construction quality of the vertical members without plastering concrete was put forward, which provided the basis for the construction of the vertical members without plastering concrete in the future.
