塑料模板的支承研究及工程应用

【摘要】:随着国家工程建设的不断发展,各种功能和不同特点的新型模板和模板支撑体系不断出现,如常见的塑料模板和数字化模板支撑系统等。塑料模板表面平整,重量轻,耐腐蚀性耐水性强,可塑性强,周转次数高;数字化模板支撑体系采用高性能冷轧钢,力学性能好,耐腐蚀度较大,,安装拆卸方便,在工程中得到了广泛的推广使用。但是对新型模板的支承设计的研究没有得到充分的重视,当前仍然采用建筑施工模板安全技术规范中的三跨连续梁模型进行模板的支承分析,因此本文对塑料模板在双线性支承条件下的支承布置采用双向受弯板模型计算分析,并编制了便于工程应用的支承分析软件,为支承布置分析提供了一种新的方法,并且对模板支承研究提供了一定的参考依据。 本文的研究内容主要由以下几个方面: (1)通过对塑料模板和数字化模板支撑体系的特点进行研究,通过一定的假设条件,得到双向受弯板模型下,多向线性支承条件的塑料模板的支承分析模型,为进行数值分析研究提供基础; (2)对模板的支承分析模型按照有限元分析的步骤,选取合适的分析单元类型,进行网格划分、单元分析、整体分析和求解位移内力应力的理论分析,得到进行数值分析编程的基本算法表示; (3)根据数值分析的算法,采用VC语言编写数值分析的程序函数,并根据控制条件编写优化命令程序; (4)利用程序函数,结合MFC应用程序框架在VC++6.0编程环境下编制模板支承分析布置的工程软件,对工程案例进行软件分析;采用有限元数值分析软件ANSYS10.0,利用SHELL63单元,对软件分析结果进行数值分析,验证软件分析的精确性和可靠性;对两种计算模型的计算结果进行对比,分析双向受弯板计算模型的特点和适用性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of national engineering construction, various functions and different characteristics of new formwork and formwork support system are emerging, such as common plastic template and digital template support system, etc. The plastic template has a flat surface, light weight, etc. High corrosion resistance, high plasticity, high turnover times, high performance cold rolled steel with high performance, good mechanical properties, high corrosion resistance, convenient installation and disassembly, It has been widely used in engineering. However, the research on supporting design of new formwork has not been paid enough attention to. At present, the three-span continuous beam model in the safety technical specification of building construction formwork is still used to carry out the support analysis of the formwork. In this paper, bidirectional bending plate model is used to calculate and analyze the support arrangement of plastic formwork under bilinear support condition, and a supporting analysis software is developed for engineering application, which provides a new method for the analysis of support arrangement. It also provides a certain reference for the research of formwork support. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) by studying the characteristics of plastic formwork and digital formwork support system, and under certain hypothetical conditions, the support analysis model of plastic formwork with multi-direction linear supporting conditions under bidirectional bending plate model is obtained. To provide a foundation for numerical analysis; 2) according to the steps of finite element analysis, the supporting analysis model of the template is selected, the appropriate analysis element type is selected, the mesh division, the element analysis, the whole analysis and the theoretical analysis to solve the internal force and stress of displacement are carried out. The basic algorithm representation of numerical analysis programming is obtained. According to the algorithm of numerical analysis, the program function of numerical analysis is compiled by VC language, and the optimized command program is compiled according to the control condition. 4) using program function and combining with MFC application program framework in VC 6.0 programming environment to compile the engineering software of formwork support analysis arrangement, software analysis of engineering case, finite element numerical analysis software ANSYS10.0 and SHELL63 unit, Numerical analysis is carried out to verify the accuracy and reliability of the software analysis, and the characteristics and applicability of the bidirectional bending plate model are analyzed by comparing the results of the two kinds of calculation models.
