乌鲁木齐地区C30自密实混凝土简支梁受弯性能试验研究

【摘要】:自密实混凝土(Self-Compacting Concrete,简称SCC)是具有高流动性、不离析、均匀性和稳定性,浇筑时依靠自重,无需振捣而达到密实的混凝土。优良的流动性为密集配筋结构设计提供了可靠的技术保障,无需振捣减弱了工人的劳动强度并降低了施工噪音,配制时大量使用粉煤灰、高炉矿渣等固体工业废料,有效提高了工业废料利用率,减少环境污染。良好的工作性能使其在混凝土工程中具有重要地位,被认为是今后高性能混凝土技术的发展方向之一。 目前对于自密实混凝土的研究较多,但由于自密实混凝土对原材料的敏感性,使得现在全世界范围内还没有统一的自密实混凝土配合比设计方法。学者们对自密实混凝土的各项性能指标(弹性模量、横向变形系数和峰值应变等)均进行了研究,但是由于各地原材料的差异性,使得学者们的研究成果并不完全统一。本文拟采用乌鲁木齐地区常用建筑原材料配制C30自密实混凝土,以原材料对自密实混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响进行研究,对C30自密实混凝土的基本力学性能进行较为系统的研究,并对C30自密实混凝土简支梁的受弯性能进行试验研究。 通过矿物掺合料对天水水泥的取代率试验,得出乌鲁木齐地区粉煤灰和矿粉对天山水泥的取代率。由粗骨料形状指数和颗粒级配对自密实混凝土性能影响试验,得出乌鲁木齐地区粗骨料形状指数和颗粒级配对自密实混凝土性能的影响规律。经基本力学性能试验,得到乌鲁木齐地区C30自密实混凝土立方体抗压强度、棱柱体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、应力~应变关系曲线。通过自密实混凝土简支梁受弯试验,验证了自密实混凝土梁的平截面假定,得出自密实混凝土梁的开裂荷载、屈服荷载、弯曲刚度和正截面承载力等受弯力学性能指标,为新疆地区自密实混凝土推广应用提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Self-compacting concrete (SCC) has high fluidity, no segregation, uniformity and stability, and depends on self-weight when pouring. The excellent fluidity provides reliable technical guarantee for the design of the dense reinforced structure, reduces the labor intensity of the workers and reduces the construction noise without vibration. Solid industrial waste, such as blast furnace slag, can effectively improve the utilization rate of industrial waste and reduce environmental pollution. Because of its good working performance, it plays an important role in concrete engineering and is considered to be one of the developing directions of high performance concrete technology in the future. At present, there are many researches on self-compacting concrete, but due to the sensitivity of self-compacting concrete to raw materials, There is no uniform design method of self-compacting concrete mixture ratio in the whole world. Scholars have studied the performance indexes (elastic modulus, transverse deformation coefficient and peak strain) of self-compacting concrete. However, due to the difference of raw materials, the research results of scholars are not completely unified. This paper intends to use common building materials in Urumqi region to prepare C30 self-compacting concrete. The influence of raw materials on the working and mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete is studied. The basic mechanical properties of C30 self-compacting concrete are studied systematically. The flexural behavior of C30 self-compacting concrete simply supported beam is studied experimentally. Through the substitution rate test of mineral admixture to Tianshui cement, the substitution rate of fly ash and mineral powder to Tianshan cement in Urumqi area is obtained. The effect of coarse aggregate shape index and particle gradation on the performance of self-compacting concrete is tested. The influence of coarse aggregate shape index and particle gradation on the properties of self-compacting concrete is obtained. The cube compressive strength of C30 self-compacting concrete and the compressive strength of prism in Urumqi region are obtained through the basic mechanical performance tests. Fracture tensile strength, stress-strain relationship curve. Through bending test of self-compacting concrete simply supported beam, the assumption of plane section of self-compacting concrete beam is verified, and the cracking load and yield load of self-compacting concrete beam are obtained. The flexural mechanical properties such as bending stiffness and normal section bearing capacity provide a certain reference for the popularization and application of self-compacting concrete in Xinjiang.
