营口北海地区钻孔灌注桩施工研究

【摘要】:钻孔灌注桩由于其具有承载力高、可以穿越各种土层、对周边环境危害小等优点,在高层、超高层的建筑物和重型构筑物中被广泛应用。钻孔灌注桩在施工时要把桩孔位置处的土排出地面,然后清除孔底残渣,安放钢筋笼,最后浇筑混凝土,整个施工过程工序较多,且属于地下或水下隐蔽工程,如果施工中操作不当,就可能会出现卡管、坍孔、钻孔偏斜、断桩等质量缺陷,影响桩身的完整性和单桩承载能力,从而对整个工程安全造成威胁。因此,有必要针对具体工程、地质等条件,探讨钻孔灌注桩的施工过程及质量控制方法,以确保工程质量。 本文将以营口北海新区怡祥商务大厦项目为依托,对以下内容进行研究: 1、首先归纳桩基种类,按功能、桩间土相互作用特点、施工方法、几何特征、桩身材料和制作方法等对桩基进行分类论述; 2、论述工程实例的场地工程地质条件和水文地质条件,明晰当地地层结构和岩性特征,推荐桩基础形式及桩端持力层,介绍岩石设计参数、桩基及降水设计方案,并对承载力特征值R。和桩身混凝土轴心抗压强度f。进行了计算; 3、论述钻孔灌注桩具体施工过程,包括桩位放线、埋设护筒、桩机定位、调制护壁泥浆、钻孔、第一次清孔、钢筋笼制作及吊放、安放导管、第二次清孔、测定沉渣、灌注混凝土等主要施工工艺及质量控制要点; 4、介绍桩基质量检测方法,结合工程实例,通过单桩竖向静载和钻芯检测的数据支持,分析钻孔灌注桩施工中出现的桩长、钢筋笼、桩身强度、桩身完整性、桩端持力层、桩底沉渣和塌孔等关键控制点的质量问题的原因,并论述防治办法。
[Abstract]:Because of its high bearing capacity, borehole cast-in-place pile can cross all kinds of soil layers and does little harm to the surrounding environment. Super-high-rise buildings and heavy-duty structures are widely used. During the construction of bored piles, the soil at the location of the pile holes should be removed from the ground, and then the residue from the bottom of the holes should be removed, reinforcement cages will be placed, and finally concrete will be poured, and the whole construction process will be more numerous. And it belongs to underground or underwater hidden engineering. If it is not operated properly in construction, there may be quality defects such as pipe sticking, hole collapse, borehole deflection and pile breaking, which will affect the integrity of pile body and the bearing capacity of single pile. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the construction process and quality control method of bored cast-in-place pile in view of specific engineering and geological conditions in order to ensure the quality of the project. Based on the project of Yixiang Commercial Building in Yingkou Beihai New District, this paper will study the following contents:. 1. Firstly, the types of pile foundation are summarized, and the pile foundation is classified according to the function, the characteristics of soil interaction between piles, the construction method, the geometric characteristics, the material of pile body and the method of making pile. 2. The site engineering geological conditions and hydrogeological conditions of engineering examples are discussed, the local stratigraphic structure and lithologic characteristics are clarified, the pile foundation form and pile end bearing layer are recommended, and the rock design parameters, pile foundation and dewatering design scheme are introduced. The bearing capacity characteristic value R. and the axial compressive strength of pile body concrete are calculated. 3. The concrete construction process of bored cast-in-place pile is discussed, including the placement of pile position, the placement of retaining tube, the positioning of pile machine, the modulation of wall protection mud, the drilling hole, the first hole cleaning, the making and hoisting of steel cage, the placement of conduit, the second cleaning hole, and the determination of sediment. Main construction technology and quality control points of cast-in-place concrete; 4. The quality testing method of pile foundation is introduced. The pile length, reinforcement cage, pile body strength, pile integrity, pile end bearing layer are analyzed through the data support of single pile vertical static load and drilling core detection in the construction of bored cast-in-place pile. The causes of quality problems in key control points such as pile bottom sediment and hole collapse are discussed.
