液力传动平地机变功率匹配与试验研究

【摘要】:平地机是一种以铲刀作业为主的轮式牵引机械。铲刀工作阻力是平地机主要的负荷来源,其变化范围较大。目前国产平地机普遍存在的问题是:小负荷工况作业时,发动机功率利用率不高,产生功率富余,经济性较差;大负荷工况作业时,轮胎打滑严重,磨损剧烈。 本文在总结国外主流平地机发展现状的基础上,研究了变功率控制这一关键技术的方法。针对国内常见的液力传动平地机,,分析了行驶驱动系统各主要传动元件的特点,并以某国产215马力液力式平地机为对象进行了发动机变功率控制方法的研究,通过功率计算为发动机配置了几条不同的功率曲线,提出了基于作业档位的发动机变功率控制方案。在此基础上对动力系统进行了匹配计算,并根据特定的指标对匹配结果的合理性进行了评价。分别以Inter Control DCF控制器和Prosyd1131为硬、软件开发平台,为新样机设计开发了发动机变功率控制与电子油门控制程序,程序实现正常运行。为了进一步验证变功率控制及匹配结果的合理性,进行了牵引性能和油耗性能试验。试验结果表明:采用变功率控制的新样机能满足平地机对牵引力的需求,且在中小负荷下牵引效率有所提高;轮胎打滑损失减少;发动机空转油耗及样机空行驶油耗均降低。
[Abstract]:The grader is a kind of wheeled traction machine which is mainly used for scraper operation. The working resistance of the scraper is the main load source of the grader, and its variation range is large. At present, the common problem of the domestic grader is: when working under small load, Engine power utilization is not high, power surplus is produced, economy is poor, tire skid is serious and wear is severe. On the basis of summing up the development of mainstream leveling machines abroad, this paper studies the method of variable power control, and analyzes the characteristics of the main driving components of driving drive system, aiming at the common hydraulic drive leveling machines in China. The variable power control method of a domestic 215 horsepower hydraulic grader is studied. Several different power curves are arranged for the engine by power calculation. An engine variable power control scheme based on operating gear is proposed. On the basis of this, the matching calculation of the power system is carried out, and the rationality of the matching result is evaluated according to the specific index. The Inter Control DCF controller and Prosyd1131 are used as the hardware, respectively. On the software development platform, the engine variable power control and electronic throttle control programs are designed and developed for the new prototype. The program runs normally. In order to further verify the rationality of the variable power control and matching results, The traction performance and fuel consumption performance are tested. The results show that the new prototype with variable power control can meet the need of tractive force of the grader, and the traction efficiency is improved under medium and small load, and the tire skid loss is reduced. Engine idling fuel consumption and prototype empty running fuel consumption are reduced.
