高层居住建筑地下室人防建筑布局形式比较研究

【摘要】：结合民用建筑地下室设置人防工程的方式成为今天城市人防建设的主要增长点。而在众多的建筑形式当中,居住建筑是城市建设中数量最大,范围最广的建筑形式,在居住建筑,尤其是高层居住建筑地下室当中设计建造地下室人防工程,成为我国人防建设的重要着眼点。但经历一段时间的建设和使用后我们发现,在高层居住建筑地下室设置人防工程,设计采用不同的人防工程布局形式,其成果往往会给使用者带来不同的使用体验。一些新的矛盾应运而生,技术方面、经济方面以及社会方面的问题层出不穷。如何通过设计的手段去解决、缓解这些问题和矛盾,业主们对建筑师的设计工作提出了新的要求。本文从人防工程在民用建筑地下室当中的布局形式入手,通过分析公共建筑的人防地下室工程实例,重点对比高层居住建筑地下室人防工程布置的特点,研究单建式人防工程与附建式人防工程的布局形式对建筑工程整体的影响。从人防工程布局形式与地下室整体、上部建筑、工程防护以及工程经济性等多个方面的相互关系入手,通过图片、数据、表格等方式进行对比,通过定性和定量两种分析手段进行研究。通过分析和研究,给出自己的观点和对民用建筑地下室人防工程布局设计的建议和意见。
[Abstract]:The way of setting up civil air defense projects in the basement of civil buildings has become the main growth point of civil air defense construction in cities today. Among the numerous building forms, residential buildings are the largest and most extensive building forms in urban construction. The design and construction of basement civil air defense project in residential buildings, especially in the basement of high-rise residential buildings, has become an important focus of civil air defense construction in China. However, after a period of construction and use, we found that civil air defense projects were set up in the basement of high-rise residential buildings and were designed in different layout forms of civil air defense projects. The results often bring different experiences to the user. Some new contradictions emerge, and the technical, economic and social problems emerge endlessly. How to solve these problems and conflicts through the means of design? The owners put forward new requirements for the architect's design work. Starting from the layout of civil air defense engineering in the basement of civil buildings, this paper analyzes the civil air defense basement engineering examples of public buildings, and compares the characteristics of civil air defense engineering arrangement in the basement of high-rise residential buildings. This paper studies the influence of the layout form of the single building civil air defense project and the attached civil air defense project on the whole building engineering. From the layout form of the civil air defense project and the basement whole, the upper building, The mutual relations of engineering protection and engineering economy are compared by means of pictures, data and tables, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are used to study them. Through the analysis and research, the author gives his own viewpoint and the suggestion and opinion on the layout design of civil building basement civil air defense project.
