基于GIS的石家庄市建设用地适宜性评价

【摘要】:目前我国对城市建设用地适宜性评价多采用定性的分析方法,带有较大的主观性。本文利用GIS强大的空间数据分析能力,充分吸收层次分析法和粗糙集理论两类评价方法的优点,通过建立工程地质条件适宜性影响因素综合评价指标体系,将层次分析法确定的主观权重与粗糙集理论确定的客观权重进行有机集成得到组合权重,使得工程地质条件适宜性影响因素的评价更具客观性,提高了评价精度;并结合模糊综合评判法来判定城市建设用地的适宜性。 本文根据深度以及地基形式的不同将研究区建设用地分成天然地基持力层(小于5m)、复合地基持力层(5-8m、8-15m)及桩基持力层(15-20m、20-25m、25-30m、30-65m),,分别进行评价,进而将研究区划分成适宜区、较适宜区、适宜性较差区和适宜性差区。经过评价得出,除了滹沱河范围内以及周边20m为限建区,天然地基适宜性分区由好到差所占面积百分比依次为70%、15%、15%、0%;5-8m复合地基适宜性分区依次为50%、30%、20%、0%;8-15m复合地基适宜性分区依次为70%、20%、10%、0%;15-20m桩基适宜性分区依次为90%、5%、5%、0%;20-25m桩基适宜性分区依次为95%、5%、0%、0%;25-30m、30-65m桩基适宜性分区为都适宜;所得出的评价结果为将来石家庄市的城市规划提供有力的科学依据。
[Abstract]:At present our country to the city construction land suitability evaluation using the method of qualitative analysis, with great subjectivity. GIS's powerful ability of spatial analysis in this paper, fully absorb the merits of AHP and the theory of two kinds of evaluation methods of rough set, through the establishment of the engineering geological conditions suitable for the comprehensive evaluation index system of influence factors. The analytical hierarchy process method to determine the subjective weight and the objective weight theory of rough set are integrated by organic combination weights, the engineering geological conditions suitable for evaluating influence factors more objective, improve the accuracy of evaluation; combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the suitability of the city construction.
The depth and the foundation of different forms of the construction land will be divided into the natural foundation bearing layer according to the (less than 5m), the composite foundation bearing layer (5-8m, 8-15m) and bearing layer (15-20m, 20-25m, 25-30m, 30-65m), were evaluated, and will study the division into suitable area, suitable area, suitability of poor areas and suitable poor area. After the evaluation, in addition to the Hutuo River within and around the 20m within the construction area, the natural foundation suitability zoning from good to bad area percentage were 70%, 15%, 15%, 0%; 5-8m composite foundation suitability were 50%, 30%, 20% 0%, 8-15m; composite foundation suitability zoning were 70%, 20%, 10%, 0%; 15-20m pile foundation suitability zoning were 90%, 5%, 5%, 0%; 20-25m pile foundation suitability zoning were 95%, 5%, 0%, 0%; 25-30m, pile foundation suitability for 30-65m are suitable for the evaluation; the results for the The city planning of Shijiazhuang provides a powerful scientific basis.
