带栓钉连接件的型钢混凝土纵向剪力传递性能研究

【摘要】:本文制定了一套合理可行的带栓钉连接件的型钢混凝土纵向剪力传递性能的试验测试和研究方案,从带栓钉连接件的型钢混凝土结构理论分析入手,在型钢混凝土推出试验的基础上分析和研究了带栓钉连接件的型钢混凝土纵向剪力传递机理。 设计了15个带栓钉连接件的型钢混凝土短柱在单调荷载下的推出试验及1个自然粘结试件的对比试验,根据带栓钉连接件的型钢混凝土受力性能,在试件加载端与自由端放置了位移传感器进行端部位移测量,部分试件型钢表面粘贴电阻应变片以测量型钢沿纵向的应力分布,并在试验过程中对裂缝的分布及发展规律进行记录,较全面地研究了带栓钉连接件型钢混凝土试件的破坏形态、裂缝模式、荷载-滑移特性、型钢应变分布、剪力传递承载力等特性。并比较型钢表面与混凝土隔离试件以及未隔离试件的承载力,确定不同破坏模式下型钢与混凝土的自然粘结以及栓钉的抗剪作用在纵向剪力传递中各自的贡献和二者的组合效应。 参考国内外已有的研究成果,,在确定了型钢和混凝土材料的本构关系的基础上,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,通过对试验试件进行计算分析,验证计算模型的正确性。然后利用建立的模型对不同试件内部型钢应力分布、箍筋应力发展及混凝土裂缝形态进行分析,最终形成一套完整的带栓钉连接件的型钢混凝土ANSYS有限元分析的建模、运算和分析方法。在试验结果和计算分析结果的基础上,推导出带栓钉连接件型钢混凝土推出试件的抗剪承载力计算方法及具体的防止栓钉外侧混凝土劈裂破坏的构造措施。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a set of reasonable and feasible test and research scheme of longitudinal shear transfer performance of steel reinforced concrete with stud connectors is established, and the theoretical analysis of steel reinforced concrete structure with studs is carried out.Based on the rolling test of SRC, the longitudinal shear force transfer mechanism of SRC with stud joint is analyzed and studied.Based on the mechanical behavior of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) with studs, 15 STRC short columns with stud connections were designed under monotonic load and 1 natural bonded specimen was tested.Displacement sensors are placed at the loading end and free end of the specimen to measure the displacement of the end, and the resistive strain gauges are pasted on the surface of some specimens to measure the longitudinal stress distribution of the steel.In the course of the test, the distribution and development of cracks are recorded, and the failure pattern, crack mode, load-slip characteristics, strain distribution of section steel are studied comprehensively.Shear transfer bearing capacity and other characteristics.And compare the bearing capacity of steel surface with concrete isolated specimen and unisolated specimen,The contribution and combination effect of the natural bond between steel and concrete and the shear resistance of bolt in longitudinal shear transfer under different failure modes are determined.Referring to the existing research results at home and abroad and on the basis of determining the constitutive relations of the steel and concrete materials, the correctness of the calculation model is verified by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. through the calculation and analysis of the test specimens.Then, the stress distribution, stirrups stress development and crack morphology of different specimens are analyzed by using the established model. Finally, a set of ANSYS finite element analysis models of SRC with stud connections are established.Methods of calculation and analysis.On the basis of the experimental results and the results of calculation and analysis, the calculation method of shear bearing capacity of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) with stud connections and the concrete structural measures to prevent the splitting failure of concrete outside the bolt are derived.
