蠕变型沥青基防水涂料的制备及其应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济不断发展及生活水平的提高,建筑防水行业也得到了极大的发展。建筑防水已从单一屋面防水拓展到桥梁隧道、铁路公路、水利工程等更广的工程领域上,因而对防水技术水平提出了更高的要求。蠕变型沥青基防水涂料是根据工程实际需要开发的一种新型防水材料,具有良好的自愈性能和蠕变性能,可解决因基层开裂应力传递给防水层造成的防水层破坏等问题,极大提高防水层的可靠性及耐久性。目前,蠕变型沥青基防水涂料尚未能推广应用,因此,对该类防水涂料进行研究以改进其性能,对促进防水技术进步具有重要理论意义和工程价值。本文在研究蠕变型沥青基防水涂料的防水机理及其性质特点的基础上,阐述了该涂料的研制思路和过程,对其相关应用进行了探讨。具体研究内容如下: (1)通过改性材料的选择、配方及制备工艺的调整,对蠕变型沥青基防水涂料的配合比及制备工艺进行了一系列的研究。试验表明:油料对胶粉和SBS溶解效果影响显著,在满足溶解效果的基础上应尽量降低油料的比例;适量的助剂可促进反应的进行及提高涂料的各项性能,增容剂合理用量为0.5%;搅拌温度对试验效果影响较大,宜控制在180℃~190℃并保持稳定,搅拌速度宜为500r/min;在以上试验参数的基础上,SBS最佳溶解时间为1.5h,胶粉为2h。 (2)研究不同改性材料对涂料性能的影响并进行调整,以获得最佳配合比。试验表明:SBS掺量为5%时,涂料的低温柔性可提高至-20℃;无机填料2和10号沥青都可以提高涂料的耐热度,掺加6%的无机填料2时涂料耐热度可达65℃,再掺入10%左右的10号沥青时,涂料耐热度可达70℃以上;10号沥青掺量在5%以内时,涂料可以达到较理想性能指标。 (3)结合蠕变型沥青基防水涂料的作用机理,探讨了其在防水工程的适用范围、应用技术。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard in our country, the building waterproofing industry has been greatly developed. The waterproofing of building has been extended from single roof waterproofing to bridge, tunnel, railway highway, water conservancy engineering and so on. Therefore, a higher requirement for waterproofing technology is put forward. The creep asphalt base waterproof coating is a new waterproof material developed according to the actual engineering needs, which has good self-healing performance and creep property. It can solve the damage of waterproof layer caused by cracking stress of base course, and greatly improve the reliability and durability of waterproof layer. At present, the creep asphalt base waterproof coating has not been popularized and applied, so, It is of great theoretical significance and engineering value to study this kind of waterproof coatings in order to improve their performance. This paper studies the waterproof mechanism and properties of creep asphalt based waterproof coatings. The development idea and process of the coating are described, and its related applications are discussed. The specific research contents are as follows:. 1) through the selection of modified materials and the adjustment of formulation and preparation process, a series of studies were carried out on the mixture ratio and preparation process of creep asphalt based waterproof coatings. The results showed that the oil had a significant effect on the dissolution of rubber powder and SBS. On the basis of satisfying the dissolution effect, the proportion of oil should be reduced as far as possible; the proper amount of additives can promote the reaction and improve the properties of the coating. The reasonable amount of compatibilizer is 0.5. The stirring temperature has a great influence on the test effect. The optimum temperature is 180 鈩,
