商业建筑外部引导性空间研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的迅猛发展,商业建筑的规模和数量都在不断的扩大,商业建筑在城市中的地位也越来越重要。商业建筑外部引导性空间作为建筑与城市联系的过渡空间,以及内部空间与外部空间的中介空间,起着非常重要的作用。 然而,当今大量商业建筑外部引导性空间存在尺度失调、交通混乱、环境混杂、安全性差等诸多问题。如何使商业建筑外部引导性空间既能满足商业活动的引导性需要,又能成为市民休闲娱乐的优良场所,是一个值得重视的课题。因此,笔者通过现场调查研究、理论分析研究、数据统计总结,,对商业建筑外部引导性空间分三个层面提出了相关设计方法,希望能对今后的设计有参考价值及实践意义。 本篇论文共有五个章节: 第一章是绪论部分,论述了研究背景、目的、意义与方法以及相关概念界定。 第二章概述了商业建筑外部引导性空间的类型、功能及存在的问题。 第三章分析了商业建筑外部引导性空间的影响因素。分为主体影响因素和客体影响因素两大部分,主体影响因素是对人的心理及行为进行分析,提出人的心理与行为对引导性空间的需求;将客体影响因素分为三个层面进行分析,即外部引导性空间本体层面、外部引导性空间与城市层面及外部引导性空间与内部空间层面。 第四章针对客体影响因素提出了一系列的设计方法。 第五章为长沙市案例调查研究,通过实地调研与问卷调查对商业建筑外部引导性空间进行分析,归纳总结了各个影响因素与外部空间引导性的相关程度。 论文最后为本文的结论部分,将商业建筑外部引导性空间设计方法作了归纳性表述。并分析了论文所存在的不足。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the scale and quantity of commercial buildings are constantly expanding, and the status of commercial buildings in cities is becoming more and more important. And the internal space and the outer space intermediary space, plays a very important role. However, there are many problems in the exterior guiding space of commercial buildings, such as scale imbalance, traffic chaos, environmental confusion, poor security and so on. How to make the outer guiding space of commercial buildings meet the guiding needs of commercial activities, It is also a worthy issue to be a good place for citizens to relax and entertain. Therefore, the author makes a summary of the data through field investigation, theoretical analysis and research. This paper puts forward the relevant design methods for the exterior guiding space of commercial buildings in three levels, hoping to be of reference value and practical significance to the future design. There are five chapters in this thesis:. The first chapter is the introduction, which discusses the research background, purpose, significance and methods, as well as the definition of relevant concepts. The second chapter summarizes the types, functions and existing problems of the exterior guiding space of commercial buildings. The third chapter analyzes the influencing factors of the exterior guiding space of commercial buildings, which are divided into two parts: the subject influencing factors and the object influencing factors, which are the analysis of human psychology and behavior. The author puts forward the demand of human's psychology and behavior for guiding space, and divides the influence factors of object into three levels, namely, the external guiding space, the Noumenon level, and so on. External guiding space and urban level and external guiding space and internal spatial level. The fourth chapter puts forward a series of design methods for the influence factors of the object. The fifth chapter is a case study of Changsha City. Through field investigation and questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes the external guiding space of commercial buildings, and summarizes the correlation between each influencing factor and the guidance of external space. In the last part of this paper, the paper gives a summary description of the outer guiding space design method of commercial buildings, and analyzes the shortcomings of the paper.
