面向开发区土地集约利用评价成果的增量更新技术研究

【摘要】:2011年9月,国土资源部下发了《关于开展2012年度开发区土地集约利用评价成果更新工作的通知》(国土资电发143号),决定开展第二轮开发区土地集约利用评价成果更新工作。由于以往评价数据采用的静态数据库储存,每次更新都需要重新独立建库,缺乏对历史数据的衔接和管理,同时基本上采用的是人机交互编辑图层更新,更新效率低下,造成人力和物力的浪费。针对目前评价更新工作重复繁琐、历史数据缺乏管理、更新效率低下的缺陷,本文开展了开发区土地集约利用评价增量更新技术的研究,利用时空数据库同时储存历史数据和现势数据,采用增量更新技术实现更新信息的自动判别,并以交互式更新加以补充,从而完成开发区土地集约利用评价自动或半自动的更新。本文的具体研究内容和成果如下: (1)分析了目前开发区土地集约利用评价存在的问题,总结了几种评价更新方式的优缺点,并对评价更新的内容、特征和时空变化关系进行了详细分析,选择时空数据库和增量更新技术作为评价更新的技术基础。 (2)详细分析了开发区土地集约利用评价成果变化的检测方法,包括增量信息的识别、变化类型的判定和更新操作的执行。并在分析比较几种主流时空数据模型的基础上,结合开发区土地利用评价数据的时空特征,选取基态修正模型和Geodatabase面向对象数据模型作为增量更新的模型基础,设计了开发区土地集约利用评价时空数据模型,并依据此模型构建了时空数据库。 (3)基于本文设计的开发区土地集约利用评价时空数据模型,跟踪记录评价成果更新过程,对增量更新流程进行了分析与设计,包括图形的增量更新、属性的增量更新和数据表的增量更新,并分析交互式更新方法作为补充。同时对主要的时空查询算法:快照查询和历史回溯的算法,进行了详细的设计。 (4)在开发区土地集约利用评价时空数据库的基础上,采用增量更新技术,设计并开发了开发区土地集约利用评价更新系统,并将该系统应用到江苏宝应经济开发区土地集约利用评价更新中,验证了开发区时空数据模型的适用性、增量更新方式的优越性和查询算法的正确性,实现了开发区土地集约利用评价自动更新与跟踪管理,基本满足了开发区土地评价更新管理业务需求。
[Abstract]:In September 2011, the Ministry of Land and Resources issued the notice on updating the Evaluation results of Land intensive Utilization in the Development Zone in 2012.Because of the static database storage used in the past, each update needs to rebuild the database independently, which lacks the connection and management of the historical data. At the same time, it basically adopts the update of human-computer interactive editing layer, so the updating efficiency is low.Cause waste of human and material resources.In view of the shortcomings of repeated and tedious evaluation and update work, lack of management of historical data and low updating efficiency, this paper has carried out a study on the incremental renewal technology of land intensive utilization evaluation in the development zone.The temporal and spatial databases are used to store both historical and current data, and the incremental updating technique is used to realize the automatic discrimination of updated information, which is supplemented by interactive updating.In order to complete the development zone land use evaluation automatic or semi-automatic update.The specific research contents and results of this paper are as follows:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation of intensive utilization of land in the development zone, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of several methods of evaluation and renewal, and analyzes in detail the contents, characteristics and the relationship between the temporal and spatial changes of the evaluation and renewal.The spatiotemporal database and incremental update technology are selected as the technical basis of evaluating update.2) the methods of detecting the change of land intensive utilization evaluation results in the development zone are analyzed in detail, including the identification of incremental information, the determination of change types and the execution of update operations.Based on the analysis and comparison of several mainstream spatio-temporal data models, the ground state modified model and Geodatabase object-oriented data model are selected as the basis of incremental updating model combined with the spatio-temporal characteristics of land use evaluation data in the development zone.The spatiotemporal data model of land intensive utilization evaluation in development zone is designed, and the spatiotemporal database is constructed according to this model.3) based on the spatio-temporal data model of land intensive utilization evaluation in this paper, the updating process of the evaluation results is tracked, and the incremental updating process is analyzed and designed, including the incremental updating of graphics.Attribute incremental update and data table incremental update, and analyze the interactive update method as a supplement.At the same time, the main temporal and spatial query algorithms, snapshot query and history backtracking algorithm, are designed in detail.Based on the spatiotemporal database of land intensive utilization evaluation in the development zone, the paper designs and develops the land intensive utilization evaluation and updating system of the development zone by using incremental updating technology.The system is applied to the evaluation and updating of land intensive utilization in Baoying Economic Development Zone of Jiangsu Province, which verifies the applicability of the spatio-temporal data model of the development zone, the superiority of incremental updating method and the correctness of query algorithm.The automatic updating and tracking management of land intensive utilization evaluation in the development zone is realized, which basically meets the business demand of land evaluation and renewal management in the development zone.
