开洞加气混凝土砌块填充墙钢框架受力性能研究

【摘要】:加气混凝土砌块是20世纪30年代发展起来的一种新型建筑材料,其生产原料主要有石灰、河砂、火山灰、粉煤灰等,是一种新型节能环保材料。其具有容重轻、强度利用率大、隔热保温性能好、隔音、耐久、耐火、抗震性能好等优点,因此被越来越多的运用于现代建筑结构中。 钢结构住宅体系是近年来住宅市场发展较为迅速的结构形式之一,将成为我国未来住宅体系的主要发展趋势之一,具有自重轻、材料强度高、构件截面尺寸小、有效使用面积大、外形美观、施工速度快、经济效益好、环境污染小、抗震性能好、易于产业化等特点。在钢结构住宅体系中,填充墙钢框架结构是目前广泛使用的建筑结构形式。虽然国内外已对填充墙钢框架结构做了较全面的研究,但是针对加气混凝土砌块填充墙钢框架结构的研究依然不够全面,尤其是墙体洞口对整体结构受力性能和抗震性能影响方面的研究依然十分有限。因此,本文对开洞加气混凝土砌块填充墙钢框架结构在低周循环荷载作用下的抗震性能进行了以下几方面的研究: 1.参照前人研究成果,利用ANSYS非线性有限元软件建立有限元模型,并与前人试验成果进行了比较,验证了有限元模型的正确性和可行性。 2.在有限元模型经过可行性验证的基础上,结合工程实际,设计出3个系列共9个非线性有限元足尺模型,并分别施加单调荷载和低周循环荷载作用,来研究其受力性能和破坏机理。通过改变洞口位置及洞口尺寸等参数,,研究洞口位置和洞口尺寸变化对开洞加气混凝土砌块填充墙钢框架受力性能的影响,并提出对工程有参考价值的结论和设计建议。 3.通过改变框架与填充墙之间的摩擦系数和结构的轴压比、高跨比等参数,研究了各个参数对开洞加气混凝土砌块填充墙钢框架受力性能的影响,并得出了一些对实际工程有指导意义的结论。
[Abstract]:Aerated concrete block is a new kind of building material developed in 1930s. Its main raw materials are lime, river sand, pozzolanic ash, fly ash and so on. It is a new energy saving and environmental protection material.It has the advantages of light bulk density, large utilization ratio of strength, good thermal insulation, sound insulation, durability, fire resistance, good seismic performance and so on, so it is more and more used in modern building structures.The steel structure housing system is one of the structure forms which develops rapidly in the housing market in recent years. It will become one of the main developing trends of the future housing system in our country. It has light weight, high material strength and small section size of the members.It is characterized by large effective use area, beautiful appearance, fast construction speed, good economic benefit, low environmental pollution, good seismic performance and easy industrialization.In the steel structure housing system, the infilled wall steel frame structure is widely used at present.Although the domestic and foreign has made the more comprehensive research on the filled wall steel frame structure, but the research on the aerated concrete block filled wall steel frame structure is still not comprehensive enough.Especially, the influence of the wall opening on the mechanical and seismic behavior of the whole structure is still very limited.Therefore, in this paper, the seismic behavior of the steel frame structure filled with aerated concrete block with open hole under low cyclic load is studied in the following aspects:1.According to the previous research results, the finite element model is established by using ANSYS nonlinear finite element software, and compared with the previous experimental results, the correctness and feasibility of the finite element model are verified.2.On the basis of the feasibility verification of the finite element model and the engineering practice, three series of nine nonlinear full-scale finite element models are designed, which are subjected to monotone load and low-cycle cyclic load respectively.To study its mechanical properties and failure mechanism.By changing the location and size of the hole, the influence of the location of the hole and the size of the hole on the mechanical behavior of the steel frame filled with the aerated concrete block is studied, and the conclusions and design suggestions for the engineering are put forward.3.By changing the friction coefficient between the frame and the infilled wall, the axial compression ratio and the ratio of height to span of the structure, the influence of each parameter on the mechanical behavior of the steel frame filled with the aerated concrete block is studied.Some conclusions of guiding significance to practical engineering are obtained.
