中石化X采油厂办公楼建设项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:作为支撑当今国民经济命脉之一的建筑业,承载着负担国家基础建设、提升国内生产总值的重要使命,是关系我国社会主义现代化事业建设的重要产业。改革开放以来,我国建筑业发展迅速,制造水平也不断提高,建设理念也得到大量更新。但是同许多国外建筑企业的工程管理水平相比,我国的一些建筑企业依然存在工程管理水平或设计能力不到位的现象,超预算、超工期的现象时有发生,工程质量与安全事故也是屡见不鲜。自上世纪80年代起,我国就逐步地将项目管理作为一门新兴学科和一种特殊的管理方法,给社会带来了巨大的影响,并在各个领域发挥了重要作用和取得了良好的经济、社会效益。为适应建筑工程发展的客观性需要,在建设工程项目的过程中引入项目管理理念就显得尤为必要。 中国石油化工股份有限公司X采油厂办公楼工程涉及因素较多,诸多人为因素和自然因素的交互作用,更加大了建设管理的难度,传统的建筑工程管理模式和手段已经无法满足项目建设的要求。鉴于此,本文结合项目进度管理理论与中石化X采油厂办公楼工程的建设实际,将项目进度管理的理念和方法引入到该建设项目中,通过科学的编制计划、论证实施效果及风险预估,确保实现合理的成本预算,一流的建筑质量,还要同时保证尽可能短的工期,使业主单位能及时发挥工程效能。此外,希望通过本文的研究,达到充分发挥项目管理的优势,提高施工单位工程建设水平,在确保工程质量,降低工程成本,确保工程进度等方面都起到积极的推动作用。 论文以中国石油化工股份有限公司X采油厂办公楼建设项目为研究对像,根据项目进度管理的相关理论,结合项目的具体背景情况,对项目进行了工作分解,在此基础上编制了项目进度计划,并通过设立里程碑、关注关键点等措施进行了完善;为保障项目进度计划的顺利实施,论文从构建组织保障、优化工作流程、加强信息沟通、强化经济技术保障等四个方面展开阐释,形成了项目进度计划实施的保障体系;最后论文对研究内容进行了总结与梳理,并对建筑工程项目管理研究提出一些展望。
[Abstract]:As one of the lifeblood of the national economy today, the construction industry bears the important mission of bearing the national basic construction and promoting the gross domestic product (GDP), which is an important industry related to the construction of socialist modernization in our country.Since the reform and opening up, China's construction industry has developed rapidly, the manufacturing level has been continuously improved, and the concept of construction has been greatly updated.However, compared with the engineering management level of many foreign construction enterprises, some construction enterprises in our country still have the phenomenon that the engineering management level or the design ability is not in place.Engineering quality and safety accidents are also common.Since the 1980s, our country has gradually regarded project management as a new discipline and a special management method, which has brought great influence to the society, and has played an important role and achieved good economy in various fields.Social benefits.In order to meet the objective needs of the development of construction projects, it is particularly necessary to introduce the concept of project management in the process of construction projects.There are many factors involved in the office building project of the X Oil production Plant of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and the interaction of many human and natural factors has increased the difficulty of construction management.The traditional management mode and means of construction project can not meet the requirements of project construction.In view of this, combined with the theory of project schedule management and the construction practice of office building project of Sinopec X Oil production Plant, this paper introduces the idea and method of project schedule management into the construction project, and through the scientific compilation plan,In order to ensure reasonable cost budget, first-class construction quality and the shortest time limit, the owner can give full play to the efficiency of the project in time.In addition, it is hoped that through the research in this paper, the advantages of project management can be brought into full play, and the construction level of construction units will be improved, which will play an active role in ensuring the quality of the project, reducing the project cost and ensuring the progress of the project.According to the theory of project schedule management and the specific background of the project, the paper takes the office building construction project of X oil production plant of China Petrochemical Company Limited as the research object, and decomposes the work of the project according to the relevant theory of project schedule management and the specific background of the project.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project progress plan, the paper constructs the organization guarantee, optimizes the work flow, strengthens the information communication, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project progress plan, the project progress plan is compiled, and the project progress plan is improved by setting up the milestone and paying attention to the key points.Four aspects of strengthening economic and technical support are explained to form a guarantee system for the implementation of project schedule. Finally, the research content is summarized and combed, and some prospects for the research of construction project management are put forward.
