摩擦阻尼器在钢结构加层中的应用和抗震性能分析

【摘要】:由于钢结构具有轻质高强、施工简单迅捷、对原有结构影响比较小等特点,在结构的加层改造中钢结构直接加层方法应用最为广泛,而在加层改造房屋中原结构多为砌体结构或钢筋混凝土框架结构,钢结构加层后形成上柔下刚的竖向不规则结构,,整体的刚度、周期、阻尼比等都发生了变化,改变了结构在地震作用下的动力特性。而对于这种超限结构我国无明确统一的规范和标准可以参考。本文结合一加层改造实例利用有限元分析软件在钢结构加层斜撑上设置耗能减震装置—摩擦阻尼器,对比分析不同加层结构体系在在多遇及罕遇地震作用下的结构的位移、层间位移角、层间剪力等变化规律,分析结果表明:多层混凝土框架结构加四层钢框架结构时,加层部分鞭梢效应非常明显;摩擦耗能支撑框架加层结构体系有效地减小加层处过大的侧向位移并改变了原结构的振动特性,减小了地震能量输入,使结构在整体上满足抗震规范的要求。同时通过对摩擦阻尼器的两个重要参数——起滑位移比和初始刚度比的大量计算分析得出其对耗能减震效果的影响,为摩擦阻尼器在加层改造中的应用和设计提供了一定的理论参考价值。
[Abstract]:Because the steel structure has the characteristics of light weight and high strength, simple and quick construction, little influence on the original structure and so on, the direct layer adding method of steel structure is the most widely used in the retrofitting of the structure.In the retrofitting of buildings, most of the original structures are masonry structures or reinforced concrete frame structures, and the vertical irregular structures are formed after the steel structure is added to the floor, and the stiffness, period and damping ratio of the whole structure have all changed.The dynamic characteristics of the structure under earthquake are changed.However, there are no clear and uniform norms and standards for this kind of over-limit structure in China.In this paper, the energy dissipation device-friction damper is set up on steel structure with inclined brace by using finite element analysis software, and the displacement of different structure systems under rare and frequent earthquakes is compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that when the multi-story concrete frame structure is added to the four-story steel frame structure, the effect of whipping is very obvious.The friction energy dissipation braced frame plus story structure system can effectively reduce the excessive lateral displacement and change the vibration characteristics of the original structure, reduce the seismic energy input, and make the structure meet the requirements of the seismic code on the whole.At the same time, through the calculation and analysis of two important parameters of friction dampers, the ratio of starting slip displacement and the ratio of initial stiffness, the influence on the energy dissipation effect is obtained.It provides a certain theoretical reference value for the application and design of friction dampers in the retrofitting of adding layers.
