预制装配式外墙建筑表现形式研究

【摘要】:当前,我国的墙体从材料的选择到施工过程都存在着资源浪费和环境污染。可持续发展观和建筑工业化的要求对我国墙体材料的发展和施工技术提出了更高的要求。预制装配式外墙建筑是建筑工业化的一个主要方向,是体现建筑与环境和谐共生的有效途径。但过去由于受到人们意识及技术等因素的影响,装配式外墙建筑并没有在我国得到普及和推广。近年来,我国生产工艺与施工技术日益成熟,为预制装配式外墙建筑的发展奠定了夯实的基础。 本文对预制装配式外墙建筑的概念进行了界定及阐述;系统的梳理了预制装配式外墙建筑的发展历程,总结了各个历史时期的特征,论述了预制装配式外墙的优势及局限;结合大量国内外相关建筑实例,根据其构造方法的差异,本文归纳出三种预制装配式外墙类型:挂板式装配式外墙,镶嵌式装配式外墙和结构式装配式外墙,并对各类型墙体的特征做了系统分析与解读,阐述了其相关的构造技术及适用范围;以前文的研究为基础,本文挖掘预制装配式外墙建筑在表现特征方面中在的内在逻辑关系,总结出预制装配式外墙建筑的表现特征:重复性、模糊性及渐变性,这为后续的相关研究奠定了理论基础;最后以工程实践项目为例,结合前文的分析论述,对外墙的整体设计到节点控制中的问题进行了系统分析,其为相关的建筑实践奠定了基础。 预制装配式外墙建筑的研究对建筑创作不仅具有较大的理论和实践指导意义,而且能唤起和加深大众对与预制装配式外墙建筑的再认识和理解,并从理论上为预制外墙建筑的概念界定和深入研究奠定坚实的基础,同时拓展了预制装配式外墙建筑的研究范围,为预制装配式外墙建筑的设计提供了理论借鉴。从实践中总结了在预制装配式外墙建筑的表现特征以及细部设计,为建筑设计工作提供更为广阔的创作思路,丰富我们建筑形体的创作手法。
[Abstract]:At present, there are waste of resources and environmental pollution in the wall of our country from the selection of materials to the construction process.The sustainable development concept and the requirement of building industrialization put forward higher requirements for the development and construction technology of wall materials in China.Prefabricated exterior wall building is a main direction of building industrialization and an effective way to embody harmonious symbiosis between architecture and environment.But in the past, because of the influence of people's consciousness and technology, the prefabricated exterior wall building has not been popularized and popularized in our country.In recent years, the production technology and construction technology of our country become more and more mature, which has laid a solid foundation for the development of prefabricated exterior wall buildings.This paper defines and expounds the concept of prefabricated external wall building, systematically combs the development course of prefabricated external wall building, summarizes the characteristics of each historical period, and discusses the advantages and limitations of prefabricated external wall.Combined with a large number of relevant building examples at home and abroad, according to the differences in construction methods, this paper concludes three types of prefabricated external walls: hanging plate fabricated external walls, mosaic fabricated external walls and structural prefabricated external walls.The characteristics of various types of wall are systematically analyzed and interpreted, and the relevant construction technology and applicable scope are expounded. On the basis of previous research, this paper excavates the inherent logic relationship of prefabricated exterior wall building in the aspect of performance characteristics.The performance characteristics of prefabricated exterior wall buildings are summarized, such as repeatability, fuzziness and gradual variation, which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research. Finally, taking the engineering practice as an example, combining with the analysis and discussion above,The problems in the whole design of the external wall and the node control are systematically analyzed, which lays a foundation for the related building practice.The study of prefabricated exterior wall architecture not only has great theoretical and practical significance for architectural creation, but also can arouse and deepen the public's re-understanding and understanding of prefabricated external wall architecture.It also lays a solid foundation for the definition and further study of prefabricated exterior wall building theoretically, at the same time, it expands the research scope of prefabricated external wall building, and provides a theoretical reference for the design of prefabricated external wall building.This paper summarizes the performance characteristics and detailed design of prefabricated exterior wall buildings from practice, which provides a broader creative idea for architectural design work and enriches the creative techniques of our architectural forms.
