绿色小城镇生态设计策略及其效益分析

【摘要】：随着能源危机于二十世纪末在全球范围内出现,以及全世界环境问题的凸显,可持续发展的思想和理论应运而生。在全球整体的能源消耗总量中,平均有百分之三十左右来自于建筑业,这个比重已经相当之大了。在我国,随着国民经济的飞速发展,建筑业也迎来了属于自己的春天。然而在这背后,是能源消费的隐忧——我国的建筑能耗要远远高于全世界的平均水平,达到40%左右。绿色小城镇是把传统城镇化建设理念与生态环境保护、人文精神协调统一起来,溶入社会、文化、历史、经济、自然、人文等因素,逐步形成一个以人为中心的经济发展、社会进步、生态保护三者高度和谐的,人的创造力、生产力协同的,促进城市文明不断提高的,稳定、协调和永续发展的城镇复合系统。本文以绿色小城镇的生态设计为研究对象,深入探讨了绿色小城镇的生态设计策略,并构建了生态设计策略的投资效益分析方法。文章结构如下：第一章是绪论。该章总结性的介绍了问题研究的背景、目的和意义,并对国内外研究现状进行了综述,阐明了本文的研究方法和技术路线。第二章是相关概念与基础理论解析。本章分别介绍了绿色小城镇的相关概念、生态设计的基础理论,以及作为策略效益分析基石的工程经济学,为后文的研究打下了理论基础。第三章是绿色小城镇生态设计的目标与影响要素分析。本章通过对国家相关政策文件的解读,归纳出了绿色小城镇生态设计的目标与影响要素,为绿色小城镇生态设计策略的研究提供了依据。第四章是绿色小城镇生态设计策略研究。本章以绿色小城镇生态设计的目标为指导,从区域级和地段级两个层级归纳总结了绿色小城镇的典型生态设计策略。第五章是绿色小城镇生态设计策略投资效益分析。本章运用工程经济学的相关理论方法,创建了绿色小城镇生态设计策略的投资效益分析体系。第六章是案例解析。本章以武汉生态新城——“伊托邦”为例,对该项目的生态设计策略进行了研究,并运用前文提出的投资效益分析方法,对该项目中的实例进行了分析。本文首次以当前国家重点建设的绿色小城镇为研究对象,系统分析了绿色小城镇生态设计的策略方法,并初步提出了生态设计策略的投资效益分析体系,以期对我国绿色小城镇的建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of the energy crisis in the world at the end of the 20th century and the global environmental problems, the idea and theory of sustainable development emerge as the times require.On average, about 30% of the world's total energy consumption comes from construction, a significant proportion.In our country, with the rapid development of national economy, the construction industry also ushered in its own spring.Behind this, however, is the hidden problem of energy consumption-China's building energy consumption is much higher than the world average, reaching about 40%.Green small towns are to integrate the traditional concept of urbanization construction with the protection of the ecological environment, the humanistic spirit, and integrate social, cultural, historical, economic, natural, humanistic and other factors, and gradually form a people-centered economic development.Social progress and ecological protection are highly harmonious, human creativity and productivity cooperate, and promote the urban civilization to improve constantly, stable, coordinated and sustainable development of the urban complex system.This paper takes the ecological design of green small towns as the research object, deeply discusses the ecological design strategy of green small towns, and constructs the investment benefit analysis method of the ecological design strategy.The structure of the article is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.In this chapter, the background, purpose and significance of the research are summarized, and the research methods and technical route are expounded.The second chapter is related concepts and basic theory analysis.This chapter introduces the related concepts of green small towns, the basic theory of ecological design, and engineering economics as the cornerstone of strategic benefit analysis, which lays a theoretical foundation for the later study.The third chapter is the green small town ecological design goal and the influence factor analysis.Through the interpretation of the relevant national policy documents, this chapter sums up the objectives and influencing factors of ecological design of green small towns, which provides the basis for the study of ecological design strategies of green small towns.The fourth chapter is the green small town ecological design strategy research.Guided by the goal of ecological design of green small towns, this chapter summarizes the typical ecological design strategies of green small towns from two levels: regional level and location level.The fifth chapter is the green small town ecological design strategy investment benefit analysis.In this chapter, the investment benefit analysis system of ecological design strategy of green small towns is established by using the relevant theories and methods of engineering economics.The sixth chapter is case analysis.This chapter takes "Itobang" as an example, studies the ecological design strategy of the project, and analyzes the example of the project by using the investment benefit analysis method put forward above.This paper, for the first time, takes the green small towns as the research object, systematically analyzes the strategies and methods of the ecological design of the green small towns, and puts forward the investment benefit analysis system of the ecological design strategies.In order to provide a reference for the construction of small green towns in China.
