以行为需求为导向的广州地区大学生宿舍底层空间设计研究

【摘要】：大学生宿舍底层空间具有较高的公共性、多样性以及可变性，，对学生的行为需求有重要影响，因此其在校园公共空间中有一定的研究价值。本文以广州地区大学生宿舍底层空间为研究对象，以学生行为需求为导向，通过实地调研得出广州地区大学生宿舍底层空间的现状问题，并对其进行分析研究，从而提出解决问题的设计策略。论文主要内容分为五章：第一章是绪论部分，确立研究课题和研究主体，阐述了论文的研究背景和对象、研究意义和目的、国内外理论研究基础、研究方法等，为下文的研究论述奠定基础。第二章是提出问题部分，通过广州地区大学生宿舍实地调研收集的数据和材料，得出学生关于宿舍底层空间的不满度、行为单一、需求不满足等现状，并通过总结归纳，提出广州地区大学生宿舍底层空间的四个主要问题：功能配套不足、安防隐私欠佳、趣味性缺失和地域性不足。为第三章分析问题提供实现基础。第三章是分析问题部分，针对广州地区大学生宿舍底层空间的功能配套不足、安防隐私欠佳、趣味性缺失和地域性不足这四个主要问题进行深入分析研究，从学生行为需求无法满足的角度，找出问题形成的原因和解决问题的设计要点，为下文设计策略的提出形成依据。第四章是解决问题部分，以满足学生行为需求的基础上，对广州地区大学生宿舍底层空间的功能配套不足、安防隐私欠佳、趣味性缺失和地域性不足这四个主要问题提出解决方法，最后落实到宿舍底层空间平立剖的设计方式，从空间、造型、景观等方面提出广州地区大学生宿舍底层空间设计策略。第五章是总结与展望部分，总结国外大学生宿舍发展新趋势和广州地区大学生宿舍底层空间现状，并对广州地区乃至国内大学生宿舍今后的发展方向作出展望。
[Abstract]:The lower floor space of college students' dormitory has high publicity, diversity and variability, which has an important influence on the students' behavior needs, so it has certain research value in the campus public space.This paper takes the space of the bottom of the dormitory in Guangzhou area as the research object, takes the student behavior demand as the direction, obtains the present situation question of the bottom space of the dormitory of the university student in Guangzhou area through the field investigation, and carries on the analysis and research to it.Thus, the design strategy of solving the problem is put forward.The main content of the thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part, which establishes the research topic and the main body, expounds the research background and the object, the research significance and the goal, the domestic and foreign theoretical research foundation, the research method and so on, establishes the foundation for the following research discussion.The second chapter is to put forward the question part, through the data and materials collected from the field investigation and research of the college students' dormitory in Guangzhou area, obtains the students' dissatisfaction degree about the dormitory bottom space, the behavior is single, the demand does not satisfy and so on the present situation, and through the summary induction,This paper puts forward four main problems in the bottom space of college students' dormitory in Guangzhou: insufficient supporting function, poor security and privacy, lack of interest and lack of regionality.Provides the realization foundation for the third chapter analysis question.The third chapter is the analysis of the question part, aiming at the four main problems of Guangzhou university students' dormitory bottom space, such as insufficient functional matching, poor security privacy, lack of interest and lack of region, the four main problems are analyzed and studied in depth.From the point of view that the students' behavioral needs can not be satisfied, this paper finds out the reasons for the formation of the problems and the design points to solve the problems, which is the basis for the following design strategies.The fourth chapter is to solve the problem, in order to meet the needs of students' behavior, on the basis of Guangzhou college students' dormitory space, the function of the bottom space is inadequate, security and privacy is poor,The four main problems of lack of interest and lack of regionality are put forward. Finally, the design method of flat and vertical profile of the bottom space of dormitory is put forward, and the design strategy of floor space of college students' dormitory in Guangzhou is put forward from the aspects of space, modeling, landscape and so on.The fifth chapter is the summary and the prospect part, summarizes the foreign university student dormitory development new tendency and the Guangzhou area university student dormitory bottom space present situation, and makes the prospect to the Guangzhou area and even the domestic university student dormitory future development direction.
