RS-485串行通信网络在楼宇设备自控系统中的应用

【摘要】:大型楼宇建筑内设备种类繁多、数目巨大、分布较为分散,传统的单层通信网络不能很好地进行数据通信和信息交换,因此,本文以某大型绿色智能楼宇设备自控系统的实现为背景,通过分析楼内照明、冷热源调节设备、空调处理设备、给排水等设备的监控需求,给出了大型楼宇自控系统实现的难点与相对措施,设计了基于双层结构RS-485通信网络的楼宇设备自控系统,主要内容包括:(1)通过对各类现场总线网络包括RS-232、RS-422、RS-485的串行通信技术的分析与比较,提出适合本大型楼宇设备自控系统的通信网络与通信协议;(2)分析比较了不同平台下串行通信网络的实现技术,确定了本楼宇自控系统的实现方法;(3)对照明设备、冷热源控制设备、空调设备、给排水设备等设备进行了控制需求分析,建立了串行通信网络;(4)设计了系统控制软件,包括:主体设计、数据库设计和界面设计。本文提出的基于双层RS-485串行通信的楼宇设备自控系统运行结果表明,该实现方法实时性好,可靠性高。
[Abstract]:There are many kinds of equipments in large buildings, the number is huge and the distribution is scattered. The traditional single-layer communication network can not carry on the data communication and information exchange well, therefore, the traditional single-layer communication network can not carry on the data communication and the information exchange well. Based on the realization of automatic control system for a large green intelligent building, this paper analyzes the monitoring requirements of lighting, cooling and heat source regulating equipment, air conditioning equipment, water supply and drainage equipment, etc. The difficulties and relative measures in the realization of large building automatic control system are given, and the building equipment automatic control system based on double-layer structure RS-485 communication network is designed. The main contents include: (1) through the analysis and comparison of the serial communication technology of various fieldbus networks, including RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485, This paper puts forward a communication network and a communication protocol suitable for the automatic control system of this large building equipment. It analyzes and compares the realization technology of the serial communication network under different platforms, and determines the realization method of the building automatic control system. The control requirements of cold and heat source control equipment, air conditioning equipment, water supply and sewerage equipment were analyzed. The serial communication network was established. The system control software was designed, including main body design, database design and interface design. The running results of building equipment automatic control system based on double-layer RS-485 serial communication show that this method has good real-time performance and high reliability.
