城市滨水风景区园林景观的规划

【摘要】：城市滨水区是城市起源与发展的命脉,同时也是生态敏感脆弱区域。它有着优越的生态位势,深刻影响着城市的生存与发展。自20世纪50年代末到70年代,现代城市建设理论走向多元化,这给我们的城市开发和设计提供了众多可供借鉴的丰硕成果。然而,反观国内城市滨水区现状：历史遗留建设造成了不合理的土地利用方式以及利用强度,导致城市滨水区的景观要素不相协调、景观生态功能日趋削减,甚至城市滨水环境也逐渐恶化。随着我国社会经济的发展,城市建设对滨水区功能的重新定位与转型渐加重视,为新一轮的城市滨水区的开发研究提供了新的契机。探讨高效、安全、可持续发展的城市滨水区域景观也成为共同关注与急待解决的重要课题。此文就是对当代城市滨水区的开发与城市设计作出全面的阐述,研究城市滨水区域景观设计的基本思路。同时也提出了自然性、空间连续性、整体性、多样性、亲水性等一系列问题与其相关联理论,结合实际例证对城市滨水区的开发与规划设计方面的一些基础问题进行再次总结和归纳。本文在阐述城市滨水风景区功能和规划原则的基础上,通过调研和实例分析等方法,提出我国城市滨水区面临的现状及注意事项；以苏州金鸡湖景观规划设计和青岛东海路景观规划设计为例,研究总结了苏州金鸡湖景观规划设计的特点以及设计的原则,青岛东海路景观的地形设计与景观规划特点。结合滨水区的生态价值、实用功能价值以及景观美学价值的综合价值,综合考虑滨水区沿岸通道、植物、驳岸的规划与建筑的形式及风格对整个水域空间形态的影响,探究了滨水区特色景观如何塑造,滨水区景观未来再开发的趋势。
[Abstract]:Urban waterfront is the lifeblood of city's origin and development, and it is also an ecologically sensitive and fragile area. It has a superior ecological potential, and has a profound impact on the survival and development of the city. From the late 1950s to the 1970s, the modern urban construction theory has been diversified, which has provided us with a lot of rich achievements for reference in the development and design of cities. However, on the contrary, the present situation of urban waterfront in China: the historical construction has caused unreasonable land use mode and intensity, which leads to the disharmony of landscape elements in urban waterfront area, and the gradual reduction of landscape ecological function. Even the urban waterfront environment is deteriorating. With the development of social economy in our country, urban construction pays more and more attention to the function reorientation and transformation of waterfront, which provides a new opportunity for the development and research of urban waterfront. It is also an important issue to discuss the urban waterfront landscape with high efficiency, safety and sustainable development. This article is the development of contemporary urban waterfront and urban design to make a comprehensive elaboration, study the basic ideas of urban waterfront landscape design. At the same time, a series of problems, such as naturality, spatial continuity, integrity, diversity, hydrophilicity, and so on, are also proposed. Some basic problems in the development, planning and design of urban waterfront are summarized and summarized again with practical examples. On the basis of expounding the function and planning principle of urban waterfront scenic spot, this paper puts forward the present situation and matters needing attention of our country's urban waterfront area by means of investigation and case analysis. Taking the landscape planning and design of Jinji Lake in Suzhou and Donghai Road in Qingdao as examples, the characteristics and principles of landscape planning and design of Jinji Lake in Suzhou are studied and summarized, as well as the features of terrain design and landscape planning of Donghai Road in Qingdao. Combined with the ecological value, the practical function value and the comprehensive value of the landscape aesthetic value of the waterfront area, the influence of the coastal passage, plant, barge planning and architectural style on the spatial form of the whole water area is considered synthetically. This paper probes into how to shape the waterfront characteristic landscape and the trend of its redevelopment in the future.
