基于法定规划编制体系的城市色彩规划编制体系构建——以洛阳市色彩规划为例

【摘要】：研究在综述国内城市色彩规划的基础上,借鉴法定规划编制体系,构建了包括总体色彩规划、控制色彩规划和色彩整改规划在内的一套色彩规划编制体系。其中,总体色彩规划是在对城市色彩现状分析的基础上,提出城市色彩总体定位,确定城市整体基调和总色谱;控制色彩规划是在总体色彩规划的基础上,将城市划分为若干个管理分区,并对控制区内不同类型建筑的色彩进行控制引导;色彩整改规划是城市色彩规划的最终落实,其针对城市重点片区提出面向实施的色彩改造建议。最终,研究以洛阳市为例,在城市色彩规划编制体系框架内完成了洛阳市城市色彩专项规划。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing the domestic urban color planning and drawing on the statutory planning system, a set of color planning system including general color planning, color control planning and color rectification planning is constructed. Among them, the overall color planning is based on the analysis of the current situation of urban color, the overall positioning of urban color, the determination of the overall city tone and general chromatography, the control of color planning is based on the overall color planning, The city is divided into several management zones, and the color of different types of buildings in the control area is controlled and guided, and the color rectification planning is the final implementation of the urban color planning. It puts forward the suggestion of color transformation oriented to the city key area. Finally, taking Luoyang as an example, the special urban color planning of Luoyang is completed within the framework of urban color planning system.
