挖掘机远程监测系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:近些年,随着我国经济的飞速发展,以铁路、建筑、水利、石油天然气管道为代表的基础建设工程日益增多,这必然伴随着对以挖掘机为代表的工程机械需求量的日益增长。然而,随着挖掘机在国内的使用数量越来越多,对其进行维护、管理、施工调度的过程中存在的问题也显现得日益突出,传统的解决办法已不足以应对。因此,利用现有的信息技术开发针对挖掘机的远程监控系统已成为一种必然趋势。 本文首先阐述了课题研究背景以及远程监控技术的国内外研究现状,分析并总结了目前挖掘机远程监测系统的主要需求,在对远程监测系统涉及的相关技术做了充分的了解后,制定了远程监测系统的总体设计方案。 远程监测系统由安装在挖掘机上的车载终端和远程监测中心组成。车载终端以STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心,外围模块包括GPS定位模块、GSM无线通信模块、CAN总线通信模块、液晶显示模块、串口通信模块和电源模块。根据系统设计方案完成了车载终端的软硬件设计、PCB电路板焊接以及车载终端软硬件的整体调试。本文通过两个章节分别对车载终端的硬件和软件设计做了阐述,并给出了车载终端各个功能模块的硬件电路原理图和软件设计流程图。 监测中心由GSM DTU模块和上位机软件两部分组成。上位机软件的编程语言采用NI公司推出的图形化编程语言LabVIEW,监测中心负责完成对车载终端上传数据的接收、解析、界面显示等工作。本文根据实际需求完成了监测中心GSM DTU模块的软件设计以及上位机软件的界面设计和程序设计,在文中给出了GSM DTU模块的软件设计流程图以及上位机软件主要模块的程序框图。 在本文的最后对全文工作做了总结,指出了本文研究工作中存在的不足以及今后的改进方向和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the number of infrastructure projects represented by railway, construction, water conservancy and oil and gas pipelines is increasing day by day, which is bound to accompany the increasing demand for construction machinery represented by excavators. However, with the increasing number of excavators used in China, the problems in the process of maintenance, management and construction scheduling are becoming increasingly prominent, and the traditional solutions are not enough to deal with them. Therefore, it has become an inevitable trend to develop a remote monitoring system for excavators by using existing information technology. This paper first describes the research background of the subject and the research status of remote monitoring technology at home and abroad, analyzes and summarizes the main requirements of the current remote monitoring system of excavators, after making a full understanding of the relevant technologies involved in the remote monitoring system. The overall design scheme of remote monitoring system is established. The remote monitoring system consists of an on-board terminal installed on the excavator and a remote monitoring center. The STC12C5A60S2 MCU is the core of the vehicle terminal, and the peripheral modules include the GPS positioning module, the GSM wireless communication module, the can bus communication module, the liquid crystal display module, the serial port communication module and the power supply module. According to the system design, the hardware and software design of the vehicle terminal is completed. The PCB circuit board welding and the whole debugging of the hardware and software of the vehicle terminal are completed. In this paper, the hardware and software design of the vehicle terminal is described in two chapters, and the hardware circuit schematic diagram and the software design flow chart of each function module of the vehicle terminal are given. The monitoring center consists of GSM DTU module and PC software. The programming language of upper computer software is LabVIEW, a graphical programming language developed by NI Company. The monitoring center is responsible for receiving, analyzing and displaying the data uploaded by vehicle terminal. In this paper, the software design of GSM DTU module of monitoring center and the interface design and program design of upper computer software are completed according to the actual demand. The flow chart of software design of GSM DTU module and the program block diagram of main module of upper computer software are given in this paper. At the end of this paper, the author summarizes the work of this paper, and points out the shortcomings of the research work in this paper, as well as the direction and suggestions for improvement in the future.
